I am rejecting this response because: the damage to my unit was directly caused by the air conditioning systemThe lines and or pan that collects water from condensation from the unit were clogged or misplacedI paid over two hundred dollars to have the A/C looked atEither they did not evaluate the problem or they didn't fix itI equate it to replacing a car engineIt's hard to fault the customer if the mechanics don't put oil and state it's good to drive.

called to check on the unit's drain which he said caused the flooding of his unit a week after we had did the work. He is claiming that we should pay for the damages from his unit being flooded. We disagree in that this was not our scope of work and thus we were not at fault. Can Revdex.com assist us in resolving the dispute? Let me know.
