[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Even though Park Power did switch my account back to [redacted] at my request there is no reason why I should be chasing down a fraudulent companyI receive a letter of service change DAY BEFORE THEY TOOK HOLD OF THE ACCOUNTA 'normal' reputable company would not be cold calling people and changing peoples account with verification -I find it highly unethical for a company to be able to change payment of an account to THEM when all they ask for is a 'yes' response from a person that a sales person called and BADGERED!!!-I had briefly spoken to a women at Park Power regarding this and she stated that "it is in her right, under Pennsylvania Law" to change a payable account to their company without any acknowledgement from the account holder.-I posed the question that if my neighbor had answered the phone while they were visiting and answered 'Yes' to her questions that the account would then be changed to Park PowerHer response was they would change the account if that person answered 'Yes' to her question.Complete phishing scam, unethical and deceitful Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Even though Park Power did switch my account back to [redacted] at my request there is no reason why I should be chasing down a fraudulent company.
