I have been living in Park Ridge Commons (PRC) apartment for than yearsI live in the ground floor and the residents living above my apartment are causing discomfort for me and my familyThey jump around the house, run all day and even after pm at nightI have complained to PRC Office for almost to times from the very beginningHowever, they still make noise and jump and run around the houseI just have to move away from this place as soon as my lease expires
