Revdex.com spoke to Brian today. The first contact she had with him was on 4/17, then there was weeks with no contact He stated that he was told via text by the consumer on 8/that she was done with himNo work will be finished and there will be no balance due

Please note: the automatic sprinklers never worked, and the only work that was done was removing the sod and planting the mini-cloverThe additional work I requested in the back---i.eclearing the back of the yard and planting ferns---was not included on this contractI may have talked to Brian about it after it was writtenIn any case, that wasn't done either

on 8/17 not to come back is irrelevant; the work should have been done long before that.  He gave me no reason to believe that he had any intention to finish.As mentioned in my complaint, I have already spent $337.  I have a lot more work to do, and will have to spend more money.  I will be renting  a rototiller for the back, buying more topsoil, and buying ferns.
