The letter was received from Ms*** in our box drop, regarding her building issue.I immediately sent my contractor *** to review it and he did indeed fixed itTherefore, her immediate concern was dealt with. Also, I am addressing her complaint of "masking". As far as the issues of
masking, she is incorrectDuring our renovations of our apartments, we install new wood, new paint as well as new fixtures. This particular location is also being reaccessed by it's investors and owner, to further upgrade all properties if warrantedWe are up to code therefore, nothing is being masked. I sincerely apologize our outside esthetics are not welcoming to some, but we do address our residents concerns when they inquire on maintenance request. As far as Ms***, she has never voiced her concerns or issues to management, as she notated in her, "***" reviews. Her request to be released from her lease, has not been voiced by Ms.*** either. She has approached several residents voicing her complaints about managementBasically myself and building issues, to our residents and also by chance, one of them happened to be my husband. With that being said, I will not repond to resident gossip, whether it is true or not. Ms.*** should address me so I may handle it in a appropriate mannerI apologize she is not happy at our community and I am willing to accomodate her and her needs.Lastly,Ms*** stated she wanted the Owners phone number, which is not available to residentsI am sure your aware that most Property Managements are handled by in office Managers such as myself. All the information has been forwarded to my boss and he is he aware of the issueAs per my boss, I have done my best as a Manager and is happy with my performance. Any other information you may need, please do not hesitate to call my office.Sincerely,*** ** ** ***Property Manager

I am rejecting this response because:The contractor did not repair the issue. He simply pulled a piece of wood off which exposed even more dry rot and water damage to the building. I did reach out to [redacted]'s husband, because she never responds to phone calls made to the office and she is rarely in the office during office hours. I feel that the owner of the building is getting one side to this story and of course she is making herself look better to not bring any question about her not actually doing her job. I have reached out to the office multiple times and voiced my concerns multiple times with no response. The one response I received is a voicemail in which she laughed and said "thanks for the legal advice". This is not professional and I've saved the voicemail because I feel the owner should be in the know of the apartment manager running a complete scam.

Review: I have contacted the office multiple times for issues regarding the building I reside in. There is visible dry rot on the exterior of the building and stairway. I sent them a written notice request for repair 37 days ago and they have not resolved the issue.Desired Settlement: I would like out of my lease if they do not send a contractor to repair the issue immediately. They will need to properly repair the issue rather than covering up the dry rot like they've done with other buildings in the complex. I also would like the owners information so I can report the property manager to the owner.
