Jeff tells *** that our tire technician had no issue dismounting or mounting her new tires and did not scratch any of the wheels Jeff offers *** free mounting and balancing to help take care of our customer even though we did not cause the damage to *** wheel *** refuses the discount of her invoice, and continues to state that the scratch was not there If *** would have shown us that the wheels were in mint conditions prior to starting any work we would replace the wheel with no questioned asked, but the fact that she says nothing about the condition of her wheels prior to us starting any work and then at the very end claims damage I Jon the manager even offered to ship a slightly used wheel that had been inspected to *** at no charge again to take care of our customers even though we have not committed any of the damage that is being pointed out to us. We will be happy to stand behind all warranty’s pertaining to the products that *** purchased from Prestige Custom Rides regardless of *** choice for this outcome . ***s *** had 58,miles on it prior to us ever touching it so it’s quite possible that this scratch could have happened at any time between mile and 58, Tell us why here
