It appears there is confusion of the stove top burners being replaced as Ms [redacted] said it was always the oven element.  It was replaced and it is supposed to get red heating to the desired temperature and will dim and light back up to maintain the desired heat.  At this point, all of her issues have been addressed with a few more added items that happened after she had been living there as the team walked her unit with her so that we could make her happy.  At this point I’m not sure what else we can do unless she has new issues for us to address for her.  She can contact me directly by phone or email which she has my phone number and I will gladly provide her my email as well.  I am at the site one day per week and will meet with her as well.   From: Park Trails Manager Sent: Thursday, September 22, 2016 10:28 PMTo: Park Trails Leasing2 <[email protected]>; M. this is in response to the attached complaint we received in regards to Park Trails Apartments and Ms[redacted].  Ms. [redacted] reported that a burner on her stove was not working.  The maintenance team did get to her unit that same week, but the following.  They did not find any...

of her burners not working but replace all of them anyways.  A couple of weeks later she contacted the office and said her oven element was not working.  She actually came to the office while I was there, and insisted very firmly that we were not to enter her units without her there.  Her element was replaced this week and the manager met with her to go through her entire unit for any additional work orders to make sure she was happy, and so far she is.  If there is anything else I can provide for you, please let me know.  Thank you,  Lou R[redacted] Regional Manager Elmington Property Management

The manager flat out partially lied on what was told and what was done. I NEVER told them the burners on the top of my stove were not working NOR did they replace them. I reported the oven element been broken only which remained broken until last week on Thursday. We are using the oven but the element comes on and off which I'm uncertain if it is suppose to do that but being without an oven since end of July I take my chances nothing happens further. Again in regards to my burners being replaced that is a lie someone was here since I did require that someone be here at time they enter. Happy I wouldn't say cause I'm defiantly not getting what I pay for and it took writing corporate and Revdex.com to get the oven at least fixed.
