Review: I began using Park View Pharmacy (PVP) in August 2013. I left the corporate superstore pharmacy for a local independent pharmacy. I was expecting a personal touch, people who remembered my name, a kind, attentive voice over the phone, etc. I have experienced nothing of the sort. Every single time I have contacted PVP, whether it be in person or via telephone, it has been bad. Let me state, it has not been the pharmacists but the technicians (I'm assuming the title.) They have been rude to me on every occasion and twice I have had my rx delivery cancelled because they say they called my phone and I did not answer. Although on those days I did not receive any calls from PVP, I did make and receive other calls so I know my phone was working properly. They were always unpleasant and informed me that I was making a mistake. Today I called for a price quote (to compare to superstore price) for my fiance's narcotic rx for his broken hand. I immediately was met with contempt and accusation. She rudely snapped that they weren't quoting me anything without actually viewing the rx. She also demanded to know my name and the name of my fiance, which I gave. I also informed her that we would have to walk there and asked was her price comparative to the superstore price. She would not say. We walked the rx to PVP and handed it to the girl behind the counter. She took it to the pharmacist and soon after I heard her say to him, "Have you finished looking him up? Does he check out?" I found that to be quite offensive and I am fed up with their repetitive poor treatment. I will be transferring my rx's back to the superstore pharmacy.Desired Settlement: I hope for the sake of others that they just simply don't like me and therefore treat me badly. I mean I truly would like to think they don't treat everyone in this fashion. As I stated previously, I will be taking my business elsewhere but I do believe that I am entitled to an apology. I feel that a written apology is quite deserved for the unwarranted, undeserved treatment I have received from PVP.

Response:
I am so sorry we did not live up to the high standards that we set for our pharmacy, and more importantly, the high standards our patients expect and deserve. Thank you so much for bring this to my attention. We can not target areas for improvement without this important feedback, and thank you so much for taking the time to respond. Sincerely, Jeff Williams, R.Ph. President

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Regards,[redacted]
