They don't care about you vehicle.
I strongly advise against using Park2Go. During our stay, our van was hit by another vehicle while parked in their lot. When I asked if they had surveillance cameras, they only provided a picture from the entrance which was unnoticeable due to the extent of the damage. In fact, I did not even notice the damage until I had the van washed. Furthermore, they did not investigate the incident any further and simply claimed that it did not happen in their lot.

Park2Go fails to disclose to their customers that their parking lot is not monitored. Even though they offer to cover damages, it is difficult to prove the cause of any damage since they do not have any surveillance footage to rely on.

My husband and I love this service! We live in Red Deer and use this service every two months! The guys are fabulousAlways courteous and willing to help! In December there was a little mishap but the guys (and girls...lol) fixed the problem right away! What happened is I had booked my reservation for X-mas in September when I booked my trip! (This was my honeymoon!) Then in October my husband and I ran away for a week...we decided to get married in Mexico on "The Day of the Dead!" So we then booked a quick trip to PV, to get hitched...lol well some how my December reservation got cancelled out, because of the October oneI guess the saying is correctThat computers are only as good as the person running them! Lol I did not think about the one cancelling out the other!:(But with a very large smile (when he must have been over worked with the X-mas Rush! ) Park2go Calgary Airport and talked to a wonderful young man who said not to worry...he would allow us to park anyway! It is such a pleaser to know that my truck is in a secure lot! Plus the truck is warmed up when I get back! I also love the fact that if and when I travel alone....it is wonderful to know someone is going to pick me up and drop me off so that I am never really alone! I have used the Plot at the Calgary airport as well but I can tell you that if given a choice I have....would....and alway choose Park2go every time I can! Thank-you for being there for me!

I have used this service multiple time and The overall service provided was greatDrop off was quick and the employees were very friendly Pick up was also quick On the last two occasions I have had issues at Payment which I would caution anyone who considers using them [redacted] - if you get a quote, keep a copy because they overprice upon checkout My scenario: I pay by debit and have to pay at the shack when leaving I had a quote for $for daysUpon checkout he charged me $I stated that I had a quote and showed him, he told me that they will ALWAYS abide, adjusted the fee and then told me the charge was $(ish) dollars I asked why again it was higher than the quote and he said taxes were not included on the quote I checked and there is a specific line for taxes and feesThe all inclusive quote was $ Moral of the story, since this happened to me twice I believe they maybe intentionally overpricingAlways refer back to your quote

Park2go has always been a great service for us as we travel a lot and use parking at the Calgary airportOn really cold and snowy days it is great to have your car cleaned and warmed up and always delivered to the entranceGreat service and never more than a 5-minute wait at airport for your carKeep up the great service!

I have used Park2Go a few times over the past year or two The system they have in place is efficient and professional You drive up, an attendant grabs your details and a minute later you're on a shuttle bound for the airport Upon return, you text your ticket number to them, an automated attendant confirms receipt and when you get back using their shuttle, your vehicle is started and waiting for you They also have a mobile payment device available at the shuttle location at the airport, so you can literally grab your vehicle and drive away once at the lot
If you're in a pinch or planning on cabbing it to the airport, definitely give these guys a try I've used them for both business and pleasure and they've been very reliable
The only knock on them I can think of is not leaving a receipt in the vehicle always They usually do (I believe), but one time I left without collecting it from the office I'm partially to blame for that though

If this organization has an A rating surely the Revdex.com is a joke After a flight arrival near midnight Feb 20/I was called into their trailer at the lot and informed they had lost or misplaced my keys They asked if I had a spare key on my person I did not and then I was asked where I lived I answered in the deep South of Calgary A simple gesture of a free cab home at 12:am would have been excellent customer service Instead no one in the trailer said anything except for me to be patient while they looked for my keys Finally a man named *** talked to me on the phone He thanked me for my understanding and asked that I provide my name, address and phone number to them He said an employee would drive me home I was asked to give the employee my extra key and my vehicle would be brought to me the next day.I had heard nothing by am so I called and after a few calls again spoke to *** He said he had plans to bring my vehicle back when he got to work at pm I advised this was unacceptable and as of 1:pm I am still waiting Absolutely horrific customer service and a joke! After all this I still paid just under $

I received a broken key back from Park2Go Value Valet - Calgary when I returned from vacation last nightI just spoke to their manager and he said the key broke because it was old and that they aren't responsibleIt was fine when I dropped it off as I took it out of the ignition and handed it to the attendantAmar the manager insisted that it was due to nothing they didI then said I would appreciate at least a refund of my full fees, I paid *** as no one even told me that the key had been broken, I found out when I went out to my car to drive home (after I already paid)He said noI said that I received horrible customer service when they didn't tell me what had happened, I had to discover it myselfHe offered me a coupon for my next visit, like I'd ever use them againI said I wanted a full refund, he said no and offered 50% backI again stated that they gave me horrible customer service and I wanted a full refundHe said noThese guys are *** The fact it the key broke in their possession and they never even acknowledged it but rather blamed me is appallingAll I am asking for is my money back for the stay, a whopping *** and they won't even do that How do companies get away with such *** service? I just want them to do the right thing here and refund my fees

I stated that I had a quote and showed him, he told me that they will ALWAYS abide, adjusted the fee and then told me the charge was $93 (ish) dollars. I asked why again it was higher than the quote and he said taxes were not included on the quote. I checked and there is a specific line for taxes and fees. The all inclusive quote was $87.50.
