To whom it may concern:Park s Garbage Service has a contract with [redacted] Borough for the collection of residential trash from its residentsCollection is performed twice a week and to specific guidelines set forth in their ordinanceThe bid for the trash service was set on a specific amount of trash to be collected from each residentExtra trash or large items are to be paid for through the borough and a sticker given to resident to place on extra trash or bulk item notifying Park's that item has been paid for and can be collectedIf extra trash or bulk items do not have stickers they are not to be picked upThis is with the agreement of the [redacted] borough councilIn addition the collection point for the trash service is set within the guidelines of the borough ordinanceResidents are to set trash inside gate so Park's employees can swing gate open and remove can, dump, and place back at specified locationThe customer that filed this complaint has failed to comply with both of the above ordinances resulting in a service issueI have attached pictures showing that the extra trash has no stickers for collection and trash is piled in front of gate so Park's employees cannot open gate to take extra trash if it was stickeredPark's employees take the bag limit twice a week and have been doing so since the onset of contract [redacted] council has been contacted by Park's and are in agreement that this resident is in violation of ordinancePark's has been instructed by [redacted] council to continue to only take allotted trash unless extra has stickersWe are working closely with [redacted] council to resolve this matter in a professional manner and maintain a great relationship with residents.Have you used your “My Park’s Card” today? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThat is month of trash piled up, I bought stickers at the community building like we are to a different they called parks to notify them to pick up and they ignored it so yes as the month went on and they didn't pick up our trash it continued to pile upThere has been numerous complaints about themy not taking ppl trash at allI pay for a service and want it done and a credit on my bill also this is ridiculous Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern,This letter is in regards to complaint # [redacted] Our company has instructed the driver on this route to collect all of the trash from this customer this time to resolve this manner and continue our relationship with the Borough and its residentsWe are working with the borough to take steps and implement a process to eliminate any confusion with collections moving forwardResidents do not pay hauler directly per agreement with borough which pays the bill for the trash serviceAny credits to accounts would have to be made and approved by borough council not Park's Garbage Service
