I am rejecting this response because for the past year I have
called and called for help and explanation on the doubling of my bill and have always gotten the scripted answer that I signed that the amount I paid on the day of the procedure was an estimate There is no dispute with that My concern is why, having all of the information they needed to give me an accurate estimate (mine was a standard procedure for their office, no dramatic changes by the doctor occurred to my knowledge and no change on my high deductible insurance plan ie insurance was covering NOTHING) why did my bill double? I have yet, after more than a year received any explanation They don't respond to my multiple emails, they treat me like an it when I call, they refuse to discuss the questions In the meantime, they have ruined my credit and refuse offer any answers I absolutely refuse their explanation There has been no explanation

We have reviewed this consumer rebuttal and there is no new information contained in this complaint to support the rejection of the communciated resolution by letter to the consumerThat letter had specific details to answer the question she has raised and continues to raiseWe will send her a scond copy of that letter but the final determination was made and this issue is closedUnfortunately the consumer refuses to accept the resolution and we understand that the consumer does not agree with that resolution but it standsYou may request a copy of the letter directly from the consmer for the details

Good Morning,Mr. [redacted]’s dispute review request was received by [redacted] dispute department on Sunday 02/05/17 at 11:22 pm, patients concerns were reviewed and resolved by 9:00 am on 02/06/17. Mr. [redacted]’s resolution letter was mailed on 02/06/17 with [redacted], please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Thank you[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  It has taken a year to get any response from Centura.  In my efforts to get details on the balance due, which continues to be, "So we miscalculated, too bad, so sad.  Pay up", time has continued to proceed and now it is on my credit as a collection account.  They are unwilling to have a conversation.  If an effort had been made to discuss this, it never would have written off. They clearly have no concern for their clients financial health at the corporate level and that will be duly noted in my future healthcare choices.  Their service levels in the billing department are horrible.  If this issue is 'closed' so be it.  The bill will just sit.  But please maintain the status that I was not satisfied with the resolution.
