I was pressured into buying a vehicle that was outside of my budget.Product_Or_Service: 2005 Chevrolet TahoeDesired SettlementI would like to return the vehicle for one that is within the price range that we had originally discussed with the dealership. Business Response Vehicle was returned to dealer and all parties are satisfied. Thanks, [redacted] XXXXXXXXXX

The company refused to check on the warranty for my battery and forced me to buy a new battery before starting to work on the A/C ActuatorI had my 2012 Traverse towed there because it was making a loud, repetitive clunking noise. Oddly, the battery isn't in the engine. It's located in the floorboard behind the passenger seat. 31 hours after they took possession of my car, they called me to tell me my battery was dead, yet, had not opened up the battery compartment and checked it. I had informed them that the battery was a 7 year battery. Without ever looking at the battery, the man argued me. He based his decision on the tow truck driver saying I had left my headlights on. I had not. The 2012 Traverse headlights stay in "Auto" position. When the car turns on, the headlights turn on. He had put the key in, the headlights came on and [redacted] told repair man that the headlights were "on". I have never, ever, turned the headlights on. They come on automatically. I left my grandfathers side, as he lay in the hospital, to argue with these people. The man was insistent that even though it was clunking, and even though he hadn't looked at the battery, that it was the battery. I got angry, he finally listened to the video I had of the clunking. I left the car and went back to the hospital. 2 days later I went to pick it up and paid for the problem, the AC actuator and a brand new battery, because they REFUSED to work on the car without replacing the battery - which again, they had never looked at before making the demand. I had a picture of the battery, which listed the 7 year warranty information on it, but I couldn't stay and argue. When I went in to pay, of course, they charged my debit card some $650 extra "accidentally". They did refund it, but I had to call my bank and wait for them to reverse the overdraft fee. I was in tears, in the shop after dealing with these people, who bullied me into a new battery while I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. They knew my grandfather was dying and that I just wanted to be done so I could be at the hospital with him and that I didn't have another person to help me pick up the car since my husband was also out of town for work. They refused to check on the battery warranty. I have never been treated so poorly. I have never left a bad review like this, but these people were beyond unprofessional.Desired SettlementI want the difference between whatever the prorated battery price would have been and what I actually paid after being bullied into buying a battery that my car didn't need. I'd prefer to have my own battery back and get a refund for the new battery that my car did not need. But I'm sure it's long gone. Business Response Happy to say that we were able to reach a satisfactory resolution with Ms [redacted]. I found Ms [redacted] friendly and reasonable. I appreciate her bringing this to our attention and hope to maintain her as a lifetime customer, both in sales and service. Contact me with any further questions or concerns. [redacted], General Manager, 252.726.5103Consumer Response **!I thought I had closed this case a few days after opening it. Is there a way I can do that? Shortly after opening it [redacted] from [redacted] Buick GMC contacted me about my experience. He was very apologetic and tried to resolve it immediately. I had left reviews all over and went around to remove them. I thought I did the closing on this as well but I may have missed it. Thanks for any help[redacted]XXX-XXX-XXXX
