We bought a couch and loveseat combo. Less than 2 years later a recliner switch went out which seems simple enough to replace. They said contact the retailer. I did that and they said they would contact Parker House who does not sell to individuals. I called back several days later and they had not heard from PH, but would contact me when available. I was also told it would take about 12 months to get the part. BTW the part is not for sale anywhere on the internet!

Poor customer service. Purchased a 6 piece sectional, and in a little over 6 months leather started to peel. Contacted them on 7/13/18 and sent them information and receipt, went weeks without response after sent them a receipt. Finally today, 8/23/18, they respond to say there is nothing they can do. Cheap furniture and poor customer service, someone should look into shutting them down.

Purchased a $4000 Parker House portofino wall unit. Went to open a drawer and the pull cracked in half. Called company and was told no parts available, but 7nit is for sale on 7 company web sites including Parker House! Not a good company to do business with
