Dear [redacted] ,I am writing in response to this complaint. This off road All Terrain vehicle was repaired once at Mr. [redacted] cost and the second time at the expense of Parker Motor Sports. This customer is extremely difficult to deal with and immediately threatens law suits and other... actions. This ATV is being repaired again at our expense and will be ready for pick up the week of June 12th, 2017 as we are waiting on a couple parts yet. Mr [redacted] was sent an email with the progress of the situation and we have had no response. Phone calls go unanswered or returned. Please see attached email to directly show they are caught in their own lies againI have emailed them multiple times and if needed can get my Verizon phone records to show I have called not only the dealership but the auto place also as that is whom owns the store over timesThey claim I threaten lawsuits immediately I remind you this is now going on almost an entire year of them saying they are waiting on partsThey admitted to having the parts machined wrong and not being placed back together correctlyI have received email form them in almost a year and that was only after I filed a complaint with the Revdex.comI was also threaten by them that if I didn't take my quad they broke they would charge me dollars a day storageI asked for my old parts back that I paid for originally that were on the quad and they refused showing originally they never replaced what they charged me for in the first placeThey claim I am being difficult as I have every right as they hang up and ignore phone calls and emails as by you can see attachedThe answer of waiting on parts can no longer be an excuse its been almost a year after I was charged for the same parts they claim they replaced and tried to give backHow could they be waiting on parts when they tried to give it back to me with the same exact parts they still claim they are waiting on that they charged me forThe only damage that was done to the quad was in their care as they have admitted and attempt over and over to fix their mistake but keep putting it offI will not accept the quad back without a month warranty as I can have no faith in their workAt this point they have tried to give me a broken quad back times showing they are truly dis honestThey also blamed *** for bad parts I contacted them and they said no the dealership is lying and asked what dealership it was so they could check into this slandering alsoThey also reached out directly to *** to get them to tell me my quad is supposed to be loud and make a knocking noise*** came back and said absolutely not it should be making any noiseI filed a complaint through *** against them also at the same time to show the dealership is not replacing parts they have been charging forI also asked in the beginning for my money back to go some place else and they refused this also! I also have the receipt showing the parts they are waiting on I originally paid for so how could they be waiting on these againTheir mechanic straight our said they don't know what they did to my quad or how to even fix it since they cant get it to hold tension on supposedly brand new parts that they charged me for from the startI reached out to another dealership and asked them if they took this apart and replaced the rings and other items correctly what would cause this the answer was nothingif you put it back to gather with new parts in the correct manor then their should never be an issue.I would not recommend them to anyone as they have been caught in lies and cant be trusted to do reliable workAgain attached directly shows they are ignoring contact attempts as in their complaint they complain I ignored them again shows how they lie. In short a warranty is needed as there is not trust and they have been ignorant and deceitful
