-after selecting granite and paying 50% deposit, company was not reachable for weeks to perform installation. This delayed our construction by weeks.
-notified day before installation that granite we selected was no longer in stock. Had to make last minute change.
-granite installed was cut with incorrect dimensions twice-this cost me money as I had to purchase another slab. Needless to say, we still have two bathroom sinks that do not match and have no backsplashes as we were happy to even get them to install anything. We paid for these sinks three times over after all the measurement errors.
-owner, Jorge, has a volatile temper and actually yelled at and hung up on me after I finally got him to call me back. He admits no wrong doing and actually becomes threatening when approached.
-final invoice was received after asking since job competition as was $2000+ over quote.
