I called this plumber to repair a leaking outside faucetI called at 08: AM on Monday morning August 24, I waited all day, made repeated phone calls but he never came to my house that dayThe next day, Tuesday 8/I made calls to see if they were coming to repair the leaning problemFinally, around 4:PM they did show up but said they didn't have time to repair the problem that day but would come back on Friday, 8/28/and make the repairsIt is now Monday Morning at 10:AM and still no phone call, no plumber, no nothingI have just now called another plumber to repair the problemI was not going to call Parker Plumbing to tell them not to come, knowing full well they were not coming anyway, but, I decided to take the high road and call and cancelWhich I did Just though you needed to know

She was never told the cause of the sewage backup was due to 20-feet of wipesWe found a few wipes mixed in with the other sewage from her homeAn invoice was given to her that states sewage was unstoppedBut to make an invoice stating there were 20-feet of wipes would be a lie. The

job. Total Time on the job was 1 hour twenty min which is 1.5 hour charge. Nobody sat in the truck for 20 min. They finished the job gave [redacted] the bill he signed the ticket and wrote a check for the amount and said thank you. [redacted] said nothing about the bill. The job was done properly and no complaint about the work has ever been said. Parker Plumbing has unstopped there sewer line 2 other times according to our records. **s [redacted] had a home warranty at that time she only had to pay her ins deductible. What we charged the ins company was more than what she paid. No plumbing company will unstop a sewer line from the roof for 130.00.

Mr [redacted] called us out to repair a bathroom sink faucet. Plumber tried to repair faucet working on it for about a hour and a half at 7:30 at night. Finally told Mr [redacted] that the faucet could not be fixed and needed to be replaced. Mr [redacted] told the plumber for me to call him with a price to...

replace the faucet the next day. He paid his bill an the plumber left. The next day I had the girl in the office call to tell him $200 for faucet and labor to replace. Witch is cheap but I considered what he had already paid. When I found out Mr [redacted] had called in wanting to talk to me about a day later I called him back several [redacted]es and left a message. He didn't call back. Then I saw the complaint on Revdex.com. I called him back several more [redacted]es he never returned any of my calls. I was going to offer him a free faucet and install because I don't like unhappy customers and my reputation means a lot to me.
