researched the previous tenants records and verified that the lock was indeed changed
after those tenants moved out of #which was in July of The $lock
change fee is charged to each tenant for the lock to be changed when they move
outMr[redacted]s $deposit will be used to change the lock when he moves out
Therefore, there will be no refund of this deposit
The process that we went through after receiving this letter would
