Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments belowFirst of all, I would like to point out just how many complaints this "business" hasWe have proof they most definitely did not make the first payment on this vehicleThe whole experience with these people was absolutely horribleI mean, look how long it took them to respond to the Revdex.com! This truck has thousands of dollars worth of problems and is not in good, running conditionsWe asked for our money back or a replacement, and have had nothing but problemsThe dealer threatened us, and lied to usWe contacted the attorney general also, and they ignore all attempts of reaching them, with no phone calls or any kind of contact backThey also trespassed on our property without our permission, twiceThe truck still has the same problems it did that they were "trying" to fixThe dealer told us they were putting a new engine in, and that was a lie alsoThis engine that is now in the truck is junk, it bucks, groans, whines, and rubsWe wanted a good running truck and they sold us a peice of junkThey were very rude throughout the whole process, and swore several times during phone callsI will also touch on the *** signing papers issueI willingly CO signed, I DID NOT want to be the main source of credit, and I made this very clear during our meetingWe are very unhappy still with the truckWe want our money back for everything, all insurance payments, all truck payments, all gas we have put into the truck, and all the money we put down

We did respond to the original complaint with the position that this is a very unfortunate situationI was not able to read the consumer rebuttal although I'm told there was one.The vehicle was not covered by the lemon law warranty from day one because of the miles on it the day of the saleThe needed repairs would have been covered by the extended warranty company if the consumer had waited the required time before submitting a claim
