Parkeys was given as a referanceWhen finding that running water from the kitchen sink caused a temendus leak fron the basement celling an obvious call to action was needed to madeWanting to be given an acurate assesment of the problemAter contacting Parkeys for an appointment and being given the bad news that their schedual was at a day period, was willing to wait it out.Using in the laundry room sink to wash dishesAt my designated appointment time came and went and all I received was a NO SHOW - NO CALL - NO APPOLIGY for them called Parkeys the following dayThe responce I received from them was one of surprize claiming they were unaware that had happend and did not realize I was on this particular plumbers schedual who had apparently gone awall somewhere in CascadeAter hours later letting me know this was shocked at this cavaleir attitude to a customer who experiance had been for their eployee not to show up

Called Parkey's for annual boiler servicing They installed a $16,high efficiency boiler years ago Technician found a small leak in copper pipe I asked technician to repair it He said he could not because his boss would not allow him to attempt a repair The only option they gave me was to replace entire boiler manifold for $ He also said we could not turn the boiler on until it was fixed = no heat for house
I called another boiler plumber and was able to get fixed for $ I will never do business with Parkeys ever again The technician even tried to collect $for the service call which he did nothing

We purchased a new furnace and a/c unitThey left my basement a messA pile of dirt was found in the corner of my basement and the floor (which was newly painted with a durable concrete paint) was stained and messed up to the point it will need to be refinishedI had a utility mat in the basement which was taken out by the installer and thrown in my garage behind my garbage binIf that were left in place it may have saved the floor from having to be repaintedI would much rather have to replace a $mat than have to empty my basement, spend at least $and days to repaintThe installer also dumped my liquid laundry detergent (honest mistake) but he did not bother to clean up the mess that was under my dryer and washing machineHe also left dirty hand prints around the thermostat on my newly painted wallsI also found dirt and debris inside my washing machineI called the company to let them know the state of things once the install was completeNothing was done

Deceptive business practices Charges for a services call to install a thermo coupler on hot water heater Once installed you find out there is not only a charge for the part (under $at ***) but an inflated charge for the part and labor to put it in (1/hour work) $ Also feel they are taking advantage of a long standing customer who are senior citizens (over years old)

I had a very positive experience with ParkeysThe install of my *** furnace and A/C was prompt and efficientI found the installers to be very courteous and considerateThey took great care to clean up and explain everything to meI would definitely recommend them
