Review: On 6/**/2014 I GIVE MY 2006 FORD FREESTYLE AT PARKING ATTENDANT AT [redacted], NY NY AROUND 3:54PM, I WAS GIVEN MY VEHICLE BACK AROUND 5:52 TO FIND MY DRIVER MIRROR COMPLETY SHATTERED. I NOTIFIED THE PARKING ATTENDANT OF THE DAMAGE. THE PERSON WHO PARKED MY VEHICLE TOLD THE [redacted] THAT MY VEHICLE WAS NOT DAMAGE WHEN I CAME INTO THEIR FACUILTY. A CLAIM REPORT WAS DONE AND I WAS TO BE NOTIFIED.

ON 7/*/2014 I CONTACTED THEIR NEWTORK ADJUSTERS OFFICE AND SPOKE WITH A [redacted] WHO STATED IT TAKES TEN DAYS FOR THE CLAIM TO BE PROCESSED AND I HAD TWO OPTIONS WHICH WAS TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE AND HOLD ONTO THE REPAIR RECIEPT AND THEIR COMPANY WOULD REPAY FOR THE REPAIR OR I COULD NOTIFY MY INSURANCE COMPANY. [redacted] ASKED ME TO FOR A COPY OF MY CLAIM REPORT AS IT HAD NOT REACH HIS OFFICE YET FROM THE LOCATION OF THE INCIDENT. I FAXED IT OVER TO HIS OFFICE.

I HAD NOT RECIEVED ANY WORD FROM EDISON OR [redacted]. SO I CONTACTED HIS OFFICE ON 7/**/2014 AT HIS DIRECT NUMBER ###-###-#### ONLY TO BE TOLD HE WAS OUT OF THE OFFICE, I LEFT HIM A MESSAGE.

I CANTACTED [redacted] AGAIN ON 07/**/2014 TO ONLY BE TOLD HE HAD NOT RECIEVE THE CLAIM IN HIS SYSTEM , EVEN THOUGH SINCE 7/*/2014 I FAXED OVER A COPY OF THE CLAIM PAPERWORK, [redacted] STATED HE NEED IT FOR THE LOCATION ITSELF. HE STATED HE WOULD CONTACT ME BACK IN 20 MINS, 3 HOURS HAD PASTED YET NO PHONE CALL FROM [redacted], I CALLED BUT ONLY GOT HIS VOICEMAIL.

I CALLED AGAIN ON 7/**/2014 AND SPOKE WITH [redacted] WHO NOT STATED THAT HE IS DENYINNG MY CLAIM AS THE ATTENDANT STATED THAT MY MIRROR WAS BROKEN BEFORE ENTRY, WHICH IS A COMPLETE LIE. I EXPLAINED TO [redacted] THAT HIS ATTENDED STATED TO HIS [redacted] THAT IT WAS NOT DAMAGED BUT HE SAID SINCE I DONT HAVE IT IN WRITING HE WAS NOT ACCEPTING IT.

I FEEL [redacted] ALLOW THIS AMOUNT OF TIME TO PASS IN ORDER TO GET HIS STORY TOGETHER AND NOT PAY FOR THE DAMAGES HIS ATTENDED AND GARAGE DID TO MY VEHICLE, I HAVE SWORN STATEMENTS FROM THE PEOPLE IN MY VEHICLE THAT IT WAS NOT DAMAGED UPON ENTRY. ALSO PLEASE TAKE NOTE IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK IT IS ILLEGAL TO DRIVER A VEHICLE THAT DOES NOT HAVE A DRIVER AND PASSANGER MIRRORDesired Settlement: I DONT WANT MUCH I WOULD LIKE [redacted] FAST TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR OF MY DRIVER SIDE MIRROR AS THEY STATED THE WOULD AT THE BEGINNING

Review: I made a parking reservation online for a specific day and block of time and the website gave me the price of $15 for that day and time. When I arrived at my time which was actually an hour later ready to give them the reservation coupon the attendant told me it was $25 because of an event. I told him that their website would've shown that and would not have given me that price because that's how your website works. He still made me pay the $25. I called customer service twice. The first time on 3/**@ 9:45am the Rep transferred me to an [redacted] but she was unavailable so I left a detailed message. When she didn't call back I tried back @ 3:40pm I told the Rep I left a message for [redacted] but she was busy again so I explained the situation to her she told me she could send the [redacted] of that location an email and he would contact me which she proceeded to do while I was on the phone and taking my contact information. By 4/**@ 5:25pm no one has called me back. It is not my fault that their system did not post the correct price and post that there was an event. In addition the customer service that I've received so far has been horrible with the exception of that second Rep I spoke to. I want them to honor my coupon and refund me the difference I paid.Desired Settlement: My coupon was for $15 they charged me $25 I want them to refund me the difference of $10
