Illegal towing is your job. Illegally towing people is not

Review: At approximately between 12:25am to 12:30am on May 26, 2014, I parked my car at the [redacted] on Hammer Lane my car was towed. I went there to pick up my grand daughter so she can come and spend the night at grandma but when we came back out my car was gone.One of the guys that live at that apartment came out and told me that my car was towed and the two boys that were playing outside said the same. The guy that lives at the apartment said that his car was towed before because he park at the wrong spot for just a few minutes too. He told me that he has to pay $450.00 to get his car out and my nephew's car was towed by the same company and at the same place. My daughter also said that this company was trying to towed her car while her and her daughter were in the car waiting for her husband that went back inside the house to get something that they forgot. The worst part about this towing company is that they roam the street looking for cars to be towed and they have to pay cash for it.They don't care if it is 1 or 2 o'clock in the morning as long as they get the money that is all they care about.I specifically asked if they would take checks or credit cards and their response were NO and the price is very High to get the car out within 30 minutes to an hour. I pay $430.00 cash within the 45 minutes. I was very upset that this happened to me but then again the amount is not worth my effort to go to smart claim court to get the money back. I hope this complaint will draw more attention to the people that they have already hurt to come forward to file more complaints and have this company investigated.Desired Settlement: Refund if applicable
