I used the servies of PMC at a hospital in Nashville. They seriously damaged the car and never reimbursed me for it.
The valet forced the key in when starting a car and broke the ignition column. When I left, the car was fine; when I got it back, it was damaged. So it clearly happened when the PMC was responsible for it.
The ignition key was completely stuck and the engine was running when they returned the car to me. So I had to take it to the repairs shop while I still had enough gas to run it.
The company refused to acknowledge their fault and pay for the part replacement.
Mr. [redacted], the CEO, had this to say on the phone, "I am sorry that it happened to you, but what do you expect from such an old car?" According to him, I violated the protocol by taking the car the shop not pre-approved by PMC; however, I simply followed the instructions of the on-site manager.
He also promised to call me back but, of course, never did. Changing the column plus labor cost me just under a $1,000.
This company is a disgrace to Nashville business community.
