Review: I was robbed of $182 by this company during a recent business trip to New Orleans. I parked in their lot at 350 St. Joseph St. on 10/20, paid the overnight fee of $20, and returned the next day to find my car had been towed. The posted parking fees were $10 daily and $20 overnight. There was no other information provided regarding times, so any intelligent person would assume that the daily fee was for dawn-to-dusk daytime parking and "overnight" was for 24 hours. When I complained, I was told that the $20 fee was only for nighttime parking. Why should nighttime parking be more expensive than daytime parking? This is obviously a scam to gouge unsuspecting victims with excessive charges. In addition to the $182 towing charge, I had the added inconvenience of finding a way to retrieve my car. I request a reimbursement of the $182.Desired Settlement: Since I was legally parked, and paid the posted fee, my car should not have been towed. Therefore I expect a refund of the $182 towing charge.

Review: On Monday July 27,2015 I parked in the parking lot next to the Merriot Hotel on Convention Center Blvd approximately 7:30 am in spot 7, I proceeded to put $20 into the corresponding slot for this parking spot. This lot uses the metal box with slots for every parking spot in the lot. I was attending a meeting through Exxonmobil inside the Merriot next door. At the end of the day I came to the lot to leave and discovered my truck was gone! I called the number on the sign for Mid City Automotive and Towing to see if they had towed my truck and why. They said they towed the truck for non payment, This is a scam used by the parking attendant and the towing company. They said the attendant took a picture of the slot after opening the payment box door and it was empty. I know I deposited $20 in the slot. It would be very easy to remove the money and say it was empty. My truck is a new 2015 Ford F350, why would I take a chance on my truck being towed by not paying? The towing company charged me a total of $341.72 to get it out of the lot. I want to be reimbursed for this amount. I will be taking this claim to small claims court for resolution.By the way another co worker attending the meeting had his truck towed for the very same reason, he had paid and they said he had not!Desired Settlement: I would like to have the total amount of $341.72 refunded because my truck was illegally towed.

Review: The hotel I stayed in on 07/25/2015-07/26/2015 contracts this parking company to handle valet services. My car was registered in valet on the 25th and never in my possession again because I used the hotel's shuttle service. On the 26th, after waiting a hour for my car to be brought around and hearing excuse of being busy or being sent to different valet members I used onstar to locate my vehicle which was miles away from the hotel. I still had the valet ticket from registration but the valet worker had given my car to someone else at 7 am. I initially contacted valet at 10:30 am and didnt learn of the theft until 11:30 am. The police retrieved the damaged car and Parking Management Services Inc. stated they were at fault and all expenses including towing, car rental, and car repairs would be taken care of by their company. First problem is I sat and waited 6 hours to be given a rental car that the frustrated valet worker paid for out of pocket because the manager would not come. Days later and hundreds of miles away my car is still in the parking management services inc. possession with no repairs being done. Any attempt to contact the company has resulted in failure.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to stick to its original agreement which was to tow my car to the original dealership and have all repairs done at the company's expense.

Review: I attended the New Orleans bridal show at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans this evening, January 9, 2014. Upon arrival, I was greeted by [redacted] a valet attendant. He asked my sister and I what had brought us to the hotel. When I responded it was the bridal show, he informed us it would be a $10 flat rate to park. After the event finished, my sister and I headed to the valet cashier to pay and pick up my car. The cashier then proceeded to tell us it would be $18. I then responded that we had attended to the bridal show and were told it would only be $10. She asked me to point out which valet attendant told us that. I called [redacted] over. [redacted] immediately became defensive and proceeded to call my sister and I liars and tell us he never said anything about it being $10. He then denied he was the one who even helped us. My sister then stepped in and said that he was the one who was lying. He was in fact our attendant and he did say it was only $10. The manager Ryan came over next. He proceeded to ask what the problem was. We explained the situation to Ryan, who merely walked off after hearing the story, leaving everyone without an answer. When the cashier called to Ryan, he stormed and yelled in my face that it was $18 if I wanted to get my car out. I paid the $18 because I felt threatened. I then proceeded to take my car and park on the street because I wanted to go back and speak with a hotel manager. Upon walking back in to the hotel, my sister and I overheard the valet staff talking about us in a demeaning manner. After the hotel manager proved to no avail, my sister and I left. On our way back out, the valet staff continued to talk about us. If [redacted] or Ryan had simply apologized for the misunderstanding, I would have graciously paid the $18. But it was their complete lack of respect that has me upset.Desired Settlement: I do not feel I should have to pay anything after being treated so poorly. I would not have mind paying the full amount if the valet staff would simply have apologized for their error. But after being yelled at, forced to pay a fee I wasn't originally informed of, and then being talked about, I feel that I should be refunded the full about.

Review: My vehicle was parked at the company's parking lot near the corner of Canal St. and North Villere in New Orleans, LA on Wednesday, July 17, 2015. When I returned to the parking lot to pick up my vehicle, it was no where to be found. I called every contact number that was posted and no one answered. I called every number that the company has posted at the lot and on their website and I am not able to reach anyone. I do not know if they had my car towed or if my car was stolen. If they had my car towed and are leaving me with no options to retrieve my car, then they have stolen it. So, either way, my car was stolen and the company is unavailable to assist me.Desired Settlement: I need someone to contact me to let me know where or not they have had my car towed.

Review: Got a boot put on my car and I called all week and they claim they told me that I took up two parking spaces and they didn't then they would not refund or handle the situation.Desired Settlement: Refund for the charge because other car was parked the same way but they said they weren't worried about them.

Review: We arrived at the Royal St. Charles hotel very early, a little after 2am, on Sat. 9/7/13. We proceeded to valet park our car for a fee of $32.00 a day. We gladly paid the fee thinking our car would be safe, considering we were in walking distance from all the places we wanted to visit. We did not move or touch our car until we checked out Sun. 9/8/13. It was around 4pm. After waiting almost an hour for the valet to bring our car around to the door we finally saw them pull up with our car. Immediately my husband noticed we were missing a hubcap on the Front passenger side. He asked the valet attendant about it and we were told that he noticed a slow leak in the tire and took it upon himself to change the tire for us using our full spare tire in our trunk and that the hubcap was with the flat tire. Although we did not give them permission to do any work on our car we were very grateful and we took his word that our hubcap and tire were in the trunk. By this time it was pouring down raining outside so the attendant put our bags in the trunk for us and we got into the car and pulled off. Trying to distance ourselves from the traffic, congestion, and hustle and bustle around the hotel(we had just come from the falcons-saints game) we drive away a bit and exit off Read Rd. There we stop to check the tire, the hubcap, and to get gas and food before heading back to Atlanta. We cannot find the hubcap in the trunk or anywhere else in the car so we Call the hotel to complain. We have a baby at home and work on Monday so we continue on the road. In Alabama we have to pull off the highway because our car is shaking very violently. Here is where we discover that the back driver side tire is dry rotted and warped and is not the wheel and tire we arrived in New Orleans with. Thank goodness we didn't have a blowout on the highway and been killed! Someone switched the wheel and tire while our car was valet parked in their garage considering it had not been moved. [redacted] refuses to take responsibility.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for my wheel, tire, and hubcap. That's it. Nothing more, nothing less.
