I highly recommend The Parking Ticket Guys.The last time I used them there was a problem, I had moved and changed my address on my car ownership shortly after submitting my ticketThis created some confusion with the Ministry and the Court, they were unable to access and pay the ticketAfter a couple of emails, both were responded too timely and a phone call with a promise to be called back, that promise was fulfilled quicklyI was assured the ticket would be covered I will certainly use this service again and again as well as fully recommend the Parking Ticket Guys to friends and all, they have fulfilled upon all Promises the ticket has been covered I find today people are very quick to criticize, I think it is very important to acknowledge this company and share my experience with you Dan

I have filed 6 parking tickets with them. I submitted my ticket info and paid through the website by credit card (every step was documented, all proofs can be provided). Company representatives never showed up for the court date. After taking my money and failing to resolve my tickets, owner Michael L. kept [redacted] me with "we need more time" for more than half a year already. I ended up paying all tickets myself and was constantly contacted him for a refund via phone and email. Michael L.explicitly refused to reimburse me for all the fines and surcharges via email.
