The customers came in to the dealership on Feb 2nd, They told us they had seen the HHummer on sale for less price then was advertisedWe kindly told the customer that Sale ended last month but we would still honor it for themThey offered dollars for a car priced on last months ad price for 15,We declined and told them we would still give them the discounted expired ad price from last monthThey came back two days later on Feb, 4, to purchase the SUV What the customer is attempting to complain about is the $doc feeThey in fact did complain about this in the dealership at the time of the sale during the paperwork processSo we took $dollars of the sale price not away from the doc fee because that money is allocated in our system to pay for all the customers files to be safley secured for yearsThese customers are in fact trying to get more from us or had forgotten that we took it off the sale price for themI have a extremely good memory and recall the deal very accuratelyParkland Auto Center hopes the customer will look at their paperwork and see the bought the Hfor 14,which is exactly dollars less then $and realize they are making a mistake The Hwas advertised after the month of January for $16,The [redacted] family bought the car for 14,It was on ad for 15,dollars in January

Good morning ***, I received your complaint and after careful review would like to speak to you so we may clear up any feelings of wrong doingAs far as I can see you were offered a service contract (warranty) which you declined, you also signed paperwork stating the truck came AS-ISThis service contract would have aided you in the cost of towing & repairsI also never received a call or message from you or I would have had the truck brought to my shop in a timely manner, in fact feel free to call me for any future repairs sirAs far as the cost of plates we have no control over this matter, you also signed paperwork stating the license fee's charged were an estimate and that you would be responsible if we under estimated and we would return any money had we over estimatedAs I stated feel free to call me if there is anything I can help you withAs a small business that has been in the community years I feel it is important to not only stand behind the vehicle we sell but in front with any future occurrence good or badFelipe A [redacted] sales Manager

After talking to General Transmission It was not the transmission but a torque converter. We have already called them and told them we were willing to pay half the costs of the repair out of good faith.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The dealer did not lower the price of the vehicle to compensate for the bad conditionWe negotiated the price based on their wholesale value and my vehicle wholesale valueI negotiated in good faith taking the salesman's word that their vehicle was in good condition, as was my vehiclethe salesman lied to me about the tires being 65% tread, all the vehicle fluids were filthy and had to be flushed and changed and the most grievous problem was the faulty "Air Suspension Compressor"which any mechanic looking at the dash board and seeing the warning light was lit should have checkedThe dealer seems to think that because we were in the car business years ago in the front end, sales and finance, that makes us accomplished mechanics and should have done a complete diagnostic check of all the systems in the parking lot at the cafe that we exchanged cars in Government Camp, ORThat is a patently argument and the dealer knows thatHe sold a faulty car and now he's trying to justify his bad business practicesI'm assuming that is exactly why the Revdex.com existsto help the consumer guard against unscrupulous business practicesThank you for you help[redacted]

This customer called down to Parkland Auto Center saying another shop was not doing work for her and was over charging her for other things that didn't need to be done to her carWe told her since she bought the car from us back in 7/11/we would be happy to help herShe had the car towed done to the shopIt arrived disassembledOur technicians fixed the problem she was concerned aboutThey fixed the timing belt and water pump for herShe then called down to the dealership and wanted the car out on a SaturdayShe was explained that they are open Monday- FridayThis was not good enough for her and she became very agitated over the phoneI called the service writer for her and he went down and opened it up for her and she took itShe then showed up 1/19/complaing that it was not fixed The new problem with her car is the EGR valve tubing was missing a gasketThis came bent from the previous auto shop she had it atBetween her and her man friend that was with her they were screaming at us like it was our faultWe bent over backwards to help this customer who has been nothing but rude and ungratefulWe just took the car back and went over our work to make sure everything we were paid for is fixed and was done correctlyAt this time we no longer would like to do any sort of business with herAT ALLPlease come pick up your car

Bait and switch is when a dealer puts out an ad on a car and then you come to buy it and we wont sell it to youIf you were paying cash you could have bought the car in question at our discounted internet priceOffer us dollars less for any car and having guidelines the dealer must follow from a BK trustee is two very different thingsIm sorry you were not able to get the car you really wanted during your filling for BK if you still have a problem go visit your BK lawyer and ask your trustee to loosen up the restrictions

Sorry that you have had mechanical issues with this car. We sold this car to you for $1647.68+tax and lic. Naturally when any lot would sell a car at this price, it definitely wouldn't be warrantied and sold as is. I could help you if you would like to trade it in we can try to
find a better auto, however if you stay in the same price range, I guarantee future maintenance or mechanical issues. Call me direct if you have questions ***

Mrs*** bought a chevy astro van AWD from us on 9/13/She brought the van back a couple days later saying she did not like itI explained to her she signed a contract that clearly states in big BOLD letters no cooling off periodWe had gotten her approvedShe gave me very
poor reasons why she did not want the carIt sounded a lot like she had buyers remorseShe complained there was something wrong with the car and we fixed itThen she complained about the car again and dropped it offOur certified techs looked it over and said what she was complaining about was a symptom of having a AWD van/truck/suv when turning hard all the way.She never came back to pick up the van she had signed a contract for and paid forAll in all she just did not want the van and would rather lose the dollars then pay for it for 12-months and trade it inInstead of cashing the contract letting her van be towed and impounded and then a repossession on her credit including a impound fee we did not cash the contract that she had signed
She never came back down to the dealership

Unfortunately with everything that has happened with parkland auto, I don't feel safe or comfortable letting them work on my carWhen I originally brought the car back the day after purchasing it, all the service manager did was read the codes and immideately clear themHe wouldnt tell me anything about the codes besides the fact that they were nothing but small codes and that I would be OK to drive itI also didn't receive any paperwork from them saying they worked on my car before or after I purchased it, which doesn't seem right to meI would like my car to be worked on by clean professionals and I just don't feel safe in the hands of Parkland auto. 1) My loan was rejected based on collateral of wothynessDocumented with the Washington State Attorney General Office of : Front pinion seal leaks, Rear differcial leaks, transfer case making noise, oil lines are leaking and bad, front main seal leaks, steering box leaksThese are not due from cranking a wheel to hardNOTED: NOT SAFE TO DRIVE
2) I was refunded my 3k, after weeks of speaking to several managers, owners, their repair shop, and a legal letter explaining their own contact literature after the loan denialPARKLAND AUTO- I want to thank you for realizing you were wrong holding my down payment before you were sued

We did not assume anythingI have attached the paperwork with the pricing we agreed upon and then the pricing that they pulled on us after hours of "preparing the paperwork"They then tried to say this fee that was not on the original paperwork was not negotiable, lying straight to our faces like we would not read through everything properlyWe then pointed out that the paperwork says in bold it is negotiable, which is why it was not on the paperwork with the agreed upon dealThey were very scandalous about it and I am certain they will just keep taking advantage of people in this wayI thought the Revdex.com was suppose to protect consumers from these types of business practices?

We have reviewed this file. There is no warranty or implied warranty that was in effect for this unit. This unit in regards to mileage is exempt due to age and millage. Their is no gain, motivation or profit especially the fact that the vehicle was sold far below retail book
including the mileage add The dealer made requested repairs, as customer stated, after the sale made prior to delivery at the request of the customer. This vehicle was sold as is as documented and signed for by the customerThe vehicle was sold below book value knowing its not in NEW or like new condition. Its unfortunate that our customer had unenforceable issues with this used vehicle after they purchased it. THIS IS NOT SOMETHING WE WANT our customers, however with used vehicles issues do happen. We can not make a statement regarding a check engine light due to the fact we never had a chance to see or diagnose the vehicle, before the customer had started their own repair process after taking delivery

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I picked my car up in 1/13/after Dewey called and told me it was readyI drove down the street gone mind car started shaking took it back and they refuse to look at their workI called on a Saturday cause I seen the mechanic working on a car so I wanted to take my car else where to see if they knew what was wrongThe other auto shop stated to me that parkland auto center did not do there job correctlyI was not yelling at no one on 1/19/please have them to show you video cause I have it all recordedAnthony the mechanic called my mister a boy which he is a grown manSo if course that stated conflict with the mister and AnthonyI had the mister go sit in the car while me and Anthony talked Dewey and another (mechanic) kept jumping into the conversation I asked them could I please only talk to AnthonyAnthony had them to get out of conversationI drove by later that day and my car was back outsideThey did NOT go back to look at there workI have other shop statments saying what the issue isPretty much they did faulty work and not taking the blameI will precede with a court caseThere is just NO way a shop should give a person back a car that is not working properly after Thu just worked on it.
