There clearly was a miscommunication or misunderstanding between the four people involved [redacted] All the conversations prior to threats of collections being involved occured between myself or my husband and another gentleman [redacted] As stated previously, my original call was enquiring about cost, timeline, etcand a call back to advise either way if we wanted to go aheadMy husband followed up within approximately two hours to advise it was not neededWe thought this was courteous [redacted] *** [redacted]

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN'The post pounder was estimated and agreed upon.The order was made over the phone the go ahead was givenThe impression I got was it was a rush ,so trying to have good customer service, we built as quickly as we could ,so these clients could finish their job quicklyThere was no mention of the husband looking for another one at home or wherever until after the post pounder was ordered, was already made,because if there was , why would I make another one ,not knowing if it was needed ? The lady who ordered the post pounder called and stated they found one and wished to cancel the order, but it was too late [redacted] I make sure CLEARLY that we get a go ahead before we do ANYTHING.These people owe us ish dollars and quite simply if they don't want collections bothering them after they had ample opportunity to pay.then they should just pay
