Review: Took a pare of pants in on Nov.2 2013 for a stain in pants to be removed I pick up the pants on Nov5th 2013 and took them home ,when I went to put on the pants I notice the zipper was missing so I went back to the cleaners with the pants and ask them how the zipper got broken they said they didn't no and I had to pay to get it fix ,I said no cause when I bought them to u the zipper was there and it wasn't broken and they refuse to fix somthing they have damaged if it was broken when I put them in to get clean they would have said you have a broken zipper and the cost for the repair will be a feeDesired Settlement: Have my zipper fixed
