For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have paid $in application fees on an apartment that was unable to be rented to meI am very dissatisfied with the way the property manager has handled this rentalShe has in fact NOT been responsive to me and several times ignored my texts and phone calls, hence the filing a complaint with the Revdex.comI will accept the deposit only because I do not want to conduct business with this property management company.Regards,*** ***

Re: Complaint ***Dear ***:I am writing in response to complaint *** received November 10, from *** ***The apartmentin question was estimated to be available November 10th, the tenant who resides in the apartment did not moveout on the date anticipated, and is in fact still
currently in the apartment.The current tenant declined our request to show Mr*** the apartmentWe are within our rights to post a 24hour notice to show the apartment without the tenants permission, however Parklane has decided not to “force”ourselves into the apartment with the current situation at hand.Angela has been responsive to Mr***, not only has done everything in her power to show the apartment andget him moved in as quickly as possible, she also met Mr*** at his work to pick up the depositSince we areunsure when the current tenant will be vacated, and the apartment will be ready of occupancy, we will berefunding Mr*** the $he placed on the apartment.Mr*** can pick up his check any time tomorrow from WFranklin St Boise, ID If he does notcome by tomorrow by 5pm, his check will be mailed to him at *** * *** *** *** ** *** on ThursdayNovember 12th.Sincerely,Tisha B***Parklane Management Company, LLCWFranklin StBoise, ID 83702Direct: 208.514.4067***@parklaneco.com
