I used Park'N Fly for my recent trip to New York and the experience was seamless. I really love how easy it was to drive my car into the lot, leave the keys in, and enter the office to request parking for the entirety of my trip. The best part was that the shuttles come in so frequently, and you feel like you are only there for a couple minutes. When I returned, they told me my car was ready for pickup. I checked out at the counter, and grabbed my car which was ready and heated. I really recommend these guys, they take away the worry and stress of travelling!

The team is polite and professional and the same faces have been around for many years. You'll never wait long for a shuttle as they have two busses running non stop dropping you curbside. When you arrive home your car is warmed up and ready to drive.

Park'nFly made my parking super easy and stress free. From the moment you drive up to the moment you get back and take your keys from the attendant the service is perfect. I've had them wash my car for me, as they have a special deal while you're away, I got back to a clean, nice smelling car. One time during the dead of winter in -10 degree weather they had the car running,even turned on the heat, scraped the ice off the windshield and made sure I didn't have to walk a mile away to get my car it was waiting for me just outside the front door. Their shuttles are continuously running so you never have to wait and wait at the curb in the rain or snow. I've referred friends and family who for years had parked at various "automated" lots in and around the airport, they couldn't believe the level of service by the entire Park'nFly team. What a great way to start and end my vacation. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend Park N Fly to all my friends and family.
We were gone for 40 days and left our vehicle at Park n fly. Upon our return we noticed some damages to the vehicle ( paint chip/scratches on back of vehicle), we mentioned this to the attendant and he said that they were noted on the inspection. We were not present for this inspection.
We called the supervisor and he said that we would have to go to [redacted] for a claim and we might get our money back.
We would like to advise people to be present for a departure and arrival inspection. This would prevent this situation.
I travel form the [redacted] to Vancouver every month to take my son to [redacted] for on going chemo treatments for his ALL Leukemia. I keep a vehicle in Vancouver because my son cannot go on public transport due to risk of viruses. He was diagnosed in April 2014. I will be forever grateful to Park-N Fly for their continued exceptional service. Every Park'N Fly employee has treated us with kindness, courtesy and smiles. I see they do this with all their clients. So wonderful to deal with a friendly and efficient company. My vehicle is always just the way I left it unless I take advantage of the amazing oil change or detailing services they offer. So thankful for Park'N Fly. Such wonderful peace of mind.
