June 14, 2015, we returned your office space to you.I am disappointed to this day I have not received a call from youI did not get a return phone call thus I had to resolve the problem myselfWhen I first started renting from you the building had not been cleaned or painted in yearsYour letter of intent stated you would have the rug cleaned, and get me a refrigerator• Since the office space had not been rented in several years the office was dirty, and many repairs had to be done at my expenseThe office had to look professional • I had to hire a cleaning person and clean the carpet All the blinds had missing parts in which I had to replace them to look professional • The front door knob was not working I had to hire a locksmith to repair it (+$100) • The faucet in the bathroom need it to be replaced no response to my callsI had to buy a new faucet and pay for replacement (+200) • I call you several times about no refrigerator in the building after several months of you stating, “Well the last tenant has it.” The building had not been rented in several years that did not make sense to me I had to buy a refrigerator (+200) • The building had not been painted in years the walls were dirty and marked up I painted the some of the walls a relaxing green color, which you seen several times throughout the rental periodYou even commented how nice it looked Nothing about repainting it back to its original color • On June 13, 2015, we had an appointment at 1:pm you stated you were there I don’t understand how you did not see Us in the building we were there since 10:AM cleaning up the building We waited until 1:pm you did not show upI then texted to reschedule you stated you be there on the 14th • I have made many upgrades such as a security light; custom fit shade, office upgrades (+1500) in which I did not ask for a reimbursement • On June 14, 2015, it was stated you wanted the walls repainted to original color that you would have them paintedOr I could have them painted them to the original color I used top of the line paint Sherman-Williams paint, we had to paint it that night I had to hire and pay two painters to paint it that night (+500)This was a financial and physical hardship for the workers and us to do this at the last momentI not wanting the money back on this just my deposit of one thousand dollars
