We have responded directly to the tenant via email There appears to be a communication issue between the tenant and the vendor We will follow up diligently to resolve all issues

Bennett Property Management failed to address the numerous times I had to call them to complain about there college tenantsAs noted in their answer, I had not contacted them in some timeThat is because the students living there were on summer breakYou would think with my history of complaints, Bennett Property Management would have a better reply than I have not heard from you in a while, and the standard slap of the hand notice of non-compliance?Its time for Bennett Property Management to start doing what they were supposed to do all along, Property Management, it is certainly not my job to have to live with this behavior, call Bennett, and police? Maybe I should charge Management fees? You will note from the two pictures I attached, the first picture of the backyard, is from April 2013, with the little dog and citrus tree (previous tenant), and the second picture is from July 2015, notice the citrus tree is a stump, the rest was cut up for bon fires for the late night backyard parties.Now I ask you do these attached pictures, that are years apart in date 4/and 7/2015, two different tenants show any improvement in how the property is managed from the back view?I have more pictures if necessary? NOTE : (Previous tenant also college students of were removed by Bennett after I called police numerous times late night parties the tenant and I had words and I was threatened)

Mr. [redacted] is within his rights as a neighbor and citizen to notify us and the police of behavior and/or actions he feels are disturbing his quiet enjoyment.  The reality is that, he will have to do this each time he feels it is necessary.  We have responded each time to his complaints within the bounds of the law.  While we cannot predict the behavior of any person, we do screen all applicants thoroughly.  We also serve notices, inspect the property and will evict, if necessary, any tenant who is not complying with the terms of the lease (which include quiet enjoyment and maintenance of the property).  We will continue to respond to Mr. [redacted] to the best of our abilities and within the letter of the law.

The tenant has received an offer of lease renewal but has not returned the signed paperwork to us.  We have emailed her to try and clear up any confusion she may have and to try and resolve getting the new lease signed.
