In the Spring of 2016, Jade Lotus Photography provided a photography service to a baseball leagueShe took all the individual and team pictures for the entire leagueWe ordered and paid for my son's pictures; however, the order was not entirely filled for multiple peopleShe provided some correspondence regarding the issue, blaming the printing company and anyone elseShe then promised that she switched printing companies and the photos will be sent out by that Friday; although, that never happened eitherShe also stated that she "will personally deliver the pictures to everyone with providing a special gift for our troubles"Also never happenedThis email took place on August 12, and was the last correspondenceShe has since ignored every email and phone contact since and will not respond to any correspondence

Jade Lotus Photography provided the sports pictures for [redacted] Rookie League this past season We ordered an additional item beyond what was provided with the registration package I emailed Jamie M [redacted] , the photographer, immediately after the last game of the season (6/11/16) and she responded to me on 6/to tell me that she found our order form and was ordering the pictures She said she would have the pictures delivered to me On 7/9, I sent a follow up email asking for updates, to which I got no response A second email was sent 7/and again, no response I then called her and spoke with her by phone on 7/at which time she told me her printer was having issues but she was going to call them either that day or the next day to get an answer and if they couldn't deliver the pictures, then she would order them from someone else I still did not receive any further updates afterwards I did reach out via email on 8/ No response My husband attempted

contract hi the event she had any mechanical break downs with the vehicle after the sale. The vehicle is not and was not represented as certified; Team Imports is a Volkswagen and Audi dealership cannot certify a Ford. Attached is the product waiver (Exhibit B) form signed by Mrs. [redacted] declining all additional protection and coverage offered on her 2011 Ford Expedition with 62,058 miles.
Mr. [redacted] did contact their sales consultant approximately 1 month after the sale with a complaint that the driver's window stopped working, the sales consultant asked if they purchased a service contract with the vehicle and was told no. The sales consultant checked with the used car manager who at the time made an offer to pay half of the window repair. After telling him Mr.[redacted] the offer, he became belligerent and refused the offer saying he wanted the entire bill covered. Mr. [redacted] then threatened to go online to "Bad Mouth" our dealership if we didn’t pay the full .amount: at This point-he-never accepted the offer to pay half. Based on his behavior and threats of giving our dealership bad reviews our offer was withdrawn and remains withdrawn.
Our intentions are to always work with a customer, even when they purchase a used vehicle with 62,058 miles and declined to purchase a service contract. Based on the agreement, all signed documentation disclosures at the time of sale. We are not required to do any additional work or repair' s after the sale. However, we decided as a Goodwill gesture to generously offer to

pay half, this offer was met with hostility and threats. Additionally, Mr.[redacted] followed through and wrote a Google review using full names of employees and stating untrue facts, Based on his attitude and behavior we will not be paying for half of the bill.
We are a A+ rated business with Revdex.com and out goal whether it be every transaction in Sales, Service, or Parts is to take care of customers. M. [redacted] behavior after the sale of a used vehicle that he knowingly purchased without protection is completely unacceptable.

The dealerships statements about my husband's 'threats' and 'belligerent behavior' are completely false! My husband's 'bad review' is not the first, nor I doubt will be the last complaint this dealership will receive. Their customer service ends once the ink is dry on the purchase agreement.
P.S. On a subsequent note, since this complaint has been filed, now the passenger window is broken and will no longer go up and down! Obviously their pre-purchase inspection is worthless!
