Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The representitve from Parks Furniture [redacted] has everything wrong.The sales associate [redacted] and [redacted] that we worked with did not have a SKU number for the sofa with a memory foam mattress The I invoice was written using a SKU that did not have the memory foam mattress but we were charged an additional $above the sofa cost to cover the memory foam mattress Before signing the invoice, we questioned the sales associates [redacted] and [redacted] and they assured us that it would have a memory foam mattress.When the sofa was delivered we contacted [redacted] and he reordered the memory foam mattress an no additional cost because it was already paid for.On Monday 6/1/at 5pm the district manager [redacted] called us saying he would not ship the mattress unless we paid him an additional $ Also he was very nasty on the phone right fro the start.The district manager [redacted] was trying to rip us off for an additional $ That's $more than we paid in the first place.I went to the store this Wednesday 6/3/and spoke with *** [redacted] agreed that we infact did paid for the memory foam mattress I was able to swap out the mattress with the memory foam mattress that day at no additional cost.Bottom line the district manager [redacted] was trying to rip us off My understanding now is that he is the owner of Parks Furnature!I am glad I finally got what we paid for I will never do business with this company again and will continue to pass on a "Beware Do No Buy From This Company" to everyone I should have read the reviews first They are mostly negative.Thanks for your help The ranking for this company should be an F-If you need additional information about this issue please feel free to email or call Regards, [redacted] ***

When we went to pull one of the pieces she ordered from our warehouse we could not find itAll the other pieces were deliveredWhen we explained the situation to her she want her money back and we gave her a refund

We are refunding the moneyFYI the sofa bed on her bill was the same as the she signed she wanted us to orderWe have her signature stating the model she wanted us to purchase for herI told her she good get the upgrade model, but the additional cost was $
