I am rejecting this response because: First off, my family don't have any thing to do with what's going onY'all lied and said I was approved me for a loan when I didn't want a car ,or loan You rolled back mileage and had a salesman drive on the other side of town to basically force my year old grandmother to sign documentation without her son being presentBottom line is the deal didn't go throughBy LAW I can get my trade in, and my down payment backThe real general manager is John [redacted] .Why is he still avoiding me,and so rude on the phone when he does pick upOur name is off of the vehicle as of this week, I went yesterday, since the corporate office released my grandmother and II was able to turn my tag in ,that's how I know that they are still lying and working togetherMy grandmother and myself received those letters stating the facts that we were denied for the loan and they are still trying to hold trade inSomething had to be done, they can't get away with this Regards, [redacted]

In regards to Mrs [redacted] 's counter, there is nothing to discuss any furtherThe rejection letters she is receiving is because she asked us to try to get her approved by herself and she didn't! The original deal with her Grandmother as the cosigner is ApprovedThey own the New ElantraWe have signed Credit Statements from both along with all of the necessary documentation that supports they knew exactly what they were doing despite any medical claimsAgain we stand firm that she is experiencing conflict from family members in regards to this matterGeneral Sales Manager Parks Ford Lincoln of Gainesville Parks Hyundai of Gainesville

I am rejecting this response because: First off, my family don't have any thing to do with what's going on. Y'all lied and said I was approved me for a loan when I didn't want a car ,or loan.  You rolled back mileage and had a salesman drive on the other side of town to basically force my 81 year old grandmother to sign documentation without her son being present. Bottom line is the deal didn't go through. By LAW I can get my trade in, and my down payment back. The real general manager is John [redacted] .Why is he still avoiding me,and  so rude on the phone when he does pick up. Our name is off of the vehicle as of this week, I went yesterday, since the corporate office released my grandmother and I. I was able to turn my tag in ,that's how I know that they are still lying and working together. My grandmother and myself received those letters stating the facts that we were denied for the loan and they are still trying to hold trade in. Something had to be done, they can't get away with this.

Mrs [redacted] entered our Dealership looking to purchase a vehicle. She was not credit worthy to make a purchase on her own....

We asked her if she had someone that could co-sign on the loan with her. Mind you she had her Mother and Aunt here with her while this was going on. She called her Grandmother on speaker phone and Grandma said she would do anything to help her. After collecting a credit statement we submitted both of their credit together for a loan. Once it was approved and payments were given the Mom and Aunt left knowing that she now had a ride home(her New Car). After Katrina signed her portion of the paperwork our Salesperson drove with her to the Grandmothers home so she can complete her portion. There was 5 family members present at that time. I'm sure if we forced anything inappropriate on her we would have been asked to leave. She did have some questions that our Salesperson answered for her and she signed all the documents. The problems started the next day when her Uncle had an issue with her using his Mom to co-sign. Mrs. [redacted] disclosed to us that the problem stems from the Grandmother refinancing her home so that the uncle can get some Money. He called us and stated we need to take the car back and we explained because he was not on the paperwork we could not discuss anything with him. The next day Mrs. [redacted] showed up at the Dealership with her Mother and we explained that she was involved in a Domestic dispute and that the Contract she signed was final. She expressed deep concern for the repercussion she was paying at the hands of her Uncle. We did tell her at that point that we would try to get her approved by herself to help alleviate her troubles. Her Mother then told us that she needs a vehicle and to please try and get her approved. The Mom also stated that Mrs [redacted] was stressed because her Husband the previous night had been arrested for some sort of Domestic dispute that involved Mrs . [redacted]. Again we told her that these are issues that we could not be involved with. The next day Mrs [redacted] showed up to the Dealership and said the Vehicle purchase was causing to many problems with her family. That's when she started saying her Grandmother didn't remember signing anything, that we forced her to sign the paperwork even though there were other family members present, then she stated none of them remember anything. Now she wasn't of sound mind? She is pulling out anything and everything she can for us to take the car back. She is clearly being coached on what to say from her family. We told her again that she owned the car with her Grandmother and that there is nothing we can do. She put the Keys on the desk and walked out. Her car is parked out back of our Dealership and can picked it up when she feels ready to. (Her New Elantra)

In regards to Mrs [redacted]'s counter, there is nothing to discuss any further. The rejection letters she is receiving is because she asked us to try to get her approved by herself and she didn't! The original deal with her Grandmother as the cosigner is Approved. They own the New Elantra. We have signed Credit Statements from both along with all of the necessary documentation that supports they knew exactly what they were doing despite any medical claims. Again we stand firm that she is experiencing conflict from family members in regards to this matter.
