As we have discussed, you have received a complain from a customer who has stayed with us, by the name of Ms. [redacted]. They stayed with us on January 7, 2015 and checked in at 6:49 P.M. for 1 night in Room Number [redacted]. At 11:30, the next morning, one of the guests with her had come to the office...
and told us that they wanted to stay 1 more night, but weren't satisfied with the room. So, happily, we changed their room to another room. They also wanted to stay both nights free, because they had some problems the night before. But later, when we had went to check Room Number [redacted], there was nothing wrong with it. Since there was nothing wrong, we had given a refund for one night only. After they had checked out, we have rented that room many times to many customers, and we haven't received a complain from them. Yet, we would like to apologize to Ms. [redacted], and those who stayed with her, because they weren't satisfied.
