Parkside at Mirabeau

Review: I walked in to parkside on the 20th of may and talk to [redacted]. I asked her if she had a ground floor apartment available. she said yes I do. I told her the reason why I wanted a ground floor unit. the only question I asked, and the only reason why I was moving in the first place. I have two children one and two years old. I need to be able to let the animals out without me in ground floor unit. I asked where they had to go she said " usually across the field but really just anywhere as long as you pick up after him." I also told her that they both don't go anywhere they just like to sit outside. and if that is ok. she said sure. we went to the office and she told me that there was one hundred dollar holding deposit. she said I would be approved in two days I called them everyday and it was an excuse after excuse. I told them I had to be out of the other place by the 31. finally on the 30th, still they have not called me one time. I finally get ahold of some at 3:30pm. she told me I was approved. I asked if I can come down right now so I can get the key to start moving she told me no. she was buisy. she told me to come at 9 am. I sit down to sighn a lease and she begins to tell me that the rules are dogs have to go in the field. and my cat has to be declawed and cant go outside, and the dog has to be on a leash at all times. these people took my hundred dollars and lied to me just to get that money they never once called me. this is false information. not only was I pushed around for two weeks but they are stuck up girls. they all say some thing different, they have no respect for the people that live there. then they tell me they just have to put that in the lease but if I get caught then they have to turn me in for breaking the lease and still tried to move me in when I told these girls FLAT OUT I NEED TO BEABLE TO LET THE DOG AND CAT OUT. BY THEMSELVES and they said OK. I just want my money back. these people have already caused me enuf b.s. I just want my 100 bucks,Desired Settlement: $100.00
