Since I gave days written notice, your so called charge does not applyYou also stated that I would not be responsible for June's rent if I moved out on May I did this, so I am not responsible for June's rent and I complied with the correct move-out procedures as stated aboveYou also should have stated about all these supposed fees at the time of move-out when I turned in all keys and left the apartment better than how I found itYou said, All good." Parkside Crossing has been working with the [redacted] 's regarding this rental issue A payment was made online via our resident portal and the funds were not deposited into our account We did require the [redacted] 's to bring in documentation that the payment was made on their part and researched our account as well This was a lenghty process, no payment was found, and after talking to [redacted] *** they decided to credit the [redacted] 's account and give them a cashier's check to pay their rent We accepted the payment and charged no late fees

We are aware that 2 months notice was given but your lease contract did not end until July 31, 2016. If you do not fullfill your lease you will be charged a reletting fee of $723.35 (per your lease contract section 10.1), and a lease termination fee $851.00 (per your lease contract... section 32). We aslo charged final utility charges and fees. All charges are within our rights and are within the lease contract that was singed on July 22, 2015.

Parkside Crossing does not have a day notice that releases you from the contractThe day notice does not release you from liability for the full term Lease or renewal termYou'll still be liable for the entire Lease term if you move out early(section TAA Lease)

The reletting fee is neither a Lease cancellation nor a buy out fee
Your obligation to Parkside Crossing was from August 1, through July 31,
You moved out early and your lease was not over all fees will remain

I am rejecting this response because: I submitted two bank statements & still they threaten to evict me, each time I, also, provided a letter from my bank stating, that Parkside Crossing had been paid That still wasn't enough & I still was being threaten with eviction The property manager, ***, spoke with my banker without my permission to discuss my banking information I found out because my bank call me They informed that *** had called them I was shocked to hear this My bank apologized & said they would only speak with me about my banking information This did only violate confidentiality between me & my bank but also violated my rights to them *** should not have spoke to my bank without written permission from me I paid my rent in the allotted time frame I did not own any late fees, nor should I have been threaten once I proved that I had paid my rentParkside Crossing did not accommodate me for their mistakes, nor have I received any apologizes from them It was Parkside Crossings's incompetence or errors I would like my full deposit back & my 1st month rent since, I feel they violated the lease terms agreement by threatening me with eviction, every time they spoke with me

Since I gave 60 days written notice, your so called charge does not apply.You also stated that I would not be responsible for June's rent if I moved out on May 31. I did this, so I am not responsible for June's rent and I complied with the correct move-out procedures as stated above.
