Never received notification by mail or phone that money was owed from Sent me straight to collections and damaged my credit
I received service at Parkside Dental Care July 10, 2015,three wisdom teeth extractions,and one coronectomy.I paid for the coronectomy out of pocket and the insurance company was billed for the extractions.I never heard anything since my procedures from Parkside Dental until I got a call from Choice Recovery January of stating I owed $1,000.I informed them that wasn't correct, and that I would dispute this claim.My father called his insurance company,asked why it wasn't paid and he was told that there was no documentation that the procedures were needed.So I called several times to speak to Parkside Dental's financial manager and each time I called the receptionists told me either she didn't work that day,she went out for lunch,or she's on the phone with someone and they'd call me back.I never received a return call and never spoke to the financial ma

For that reason, Parkside welcomes any patient that is in any way dissatisfied with their experience at our office to bring the issue to our attention so that we can work together toward an appropriate resolution. I am disputing this response due to not being removed from the debt collectors they sent me to. I have gotten an updated letter from my insurance company stating how much they recently paid towards the bill they are accusing me of consciously not paying. It says on my credit report that I owe over $1,500 to this debt collector which is false. It has since not been updated how much I actually owe deducting what my insurance paid for. It would be best to remove this debt collector from this situation, because this has occurred due to the incompetence of this dental office.
