Parkside Garden Apartments

Whenever you try to put a work order in with the office. They tell you they will prepare the work order so the issue inside your apartment can be repaired, it isn't done. There is no work order written out and the apartment office ignores your request and never takes care of it. I have tried multiple times to put in work order for black mold, appliances, and the pipes above leaking and causes damage to my apartment ceilings.
