3 times to send proof of insurance and still didn't get it updated. Called the call center and rep answers phone and says nothing and waits until I hang up, after I say hello, hello over and over. No wonder they cant get it right. The one star is for anyone who is stuck working there and should not be.

We note the borrower attempted to resolve his concerns with members of our customer service department and regret any inconvenience this may have caused. *** *** concerns have been addressed directly in our letter dated June 8, ***, which was mailed to the address of
record.
Sincerely,
