The follow up made with our family was a voice mail left that simply stated that the coding stands as is, without an explanation We paid the bill because we did not want them to turn us into a collection agencyWe paid the bill but that does not mean are satisfied with the resolution of this matter Why does a 'gesture of good faith' ($refunded difference) only come after we contacted the Revdex.com ?
