Here’s my experience with this Company, Area Gas Appliance This company was one of two choice’s recommended by Whirlpool Water Heater Appliance repairHe installed and replaced a defective Thermostat provided by Whirlpool this same evening and departedLater this same evening approximately PMI notified him the thermostat was not functioning, I had no hot waterHe stated I’ll be by tomorrow to look at itNext day morning AM I called him and asked him if he was enroute to look and inspect the Water Heater, thus I had no hot waterHe stated, I am at my grandson’s soccer gameI’ll come by later afterIf you’re looking for a Grandfather to promote family time, call Area Gas Appliance, If your concerned about an expensive Water Heater call some one that’s dedicated to the businessHow did I resolve this concern? I was instructed by Whirlpool Support, with their assistance, a wire connection was disengaged and connected
