When receiving this complaint, we were somewhat confused, as the call came from someone named [redacted] leaving a message with a phone number of [redacted].  This message was on voicemail and Parkside Realty.
The phone call was returned with no one answering and a message was left saying we are...

returning your call and please give us a call back.  No one ever called back.
Then we received this letter re: a complaint from [redacted] who lives in a subdivision called Mission Hills.  After researching we found that [redacted] is the daughter of [redacted] who also lives in Mission Hills and who is the one that left the original message.
First of all, this complaint has nothing to do with Parkside Realty.  Parkside Realty is only on office space for Mission Hills to leave Mission Hills messages and to send their payments to.
In response to the letter, attacking the way our front desk looks, has nothing to do with anyone's complaints.  Our front office is very clean and the front desk in the lobby is very clean and organized.
Also calling someone a hoarder because there are papers on the desk and calling the lady some elderly woman is really disrespectful.  There are only Parkside Agents in this office and it is not there job to deal with Mission Hills bookkeping.  And to walk in with no notice and ask for your balance on your Homeowner's dues and get mad because a Parkside Realty agent could not help them and to write a letter like this is also disrespectful.  Saying that she said she had lose some receipts is not something a Parkside Agent would say.  They have no receipts or anything to do with Mission Hills information.  We have one secretary that handles Mission Hills things for the President of and Mission Hills, (Mr. [redacted]) and she was out sick that day.  [redacted] was advised to please call back when she was is so she could get her balance.
It was not two months later that [redacted] received any legal paperwork from Mission Hills.  Our dues are billed from June 1- May 31.  The billing period [redacted] was delinquent on was the billing period June 1, 2013 - May 31, 2014.  The billing was 300.00.  Dues are always mailed out at least a month ahead of time and are due June 1st with a grace period of 30 days.  After June 30th they become in a delinquent status.
The first payment received on this billing was not made until 12/3/13 in the amount of 60.00.  We do not try to send anyone to collections or to the lien process if we don't have to and we let this account go in hopes of payment.
The next billing cycle came for June 1, 2014 - May 31, 2015 in the amount of 300.00 bringing their account to 540.00.  (24000 delinquent for the previous billing period and 300.00 for the new billing period.
At that time, they requested payment arrangement and we agreed that we would give them that courtesy, as long as they made a payment every month until it was paid in full.  They did make payments in April, May, June & July.  We received no other payments so we had the Homeowner's Attorney send them a letter dated November 18, 2014.  At that time they owed 140.00.  After receiving the letter from the attorney, they finally paid their dues on 12/1/14 and were paid in full.  The next billing period June 1, 2015 - May 31, 2016 was paid in full.  So, I was somewhat confused as to why they thought that they owed any kind of balance.  If they had an outstanding balance they would have been sent notices regarding any balance they had owed.  Their next billing period will be June 1, 2016 - May 31, 2017.
As far as the "construction jerks" also very disrespectful, Parkside Realty nor Mission Hills Homeowner's Association has anything to do with the builders and their employees or their subcontractors.  The only time that we get involved, is when there may be debris left on the streets or things of that nature.  To insinuate that these workers are coming tot he neighborhood late at night dumping trash with needles and used condoms in the trash is really an unfounded accusation.  The gates are on timers and close at 5 pm.  These workers do not have codes to the gates.  The gates open in the morning when they arrive and if they are still working past 5 pm the gates will open automatically when someone wants to exit the development.  There are walk in gates on each gate entry, so anyone could walk in to the development.  We have suggested locking these gates and the homeowner's have voted that down several times.
I suggest that [redacted] go directly to DRHorton, one of the biggest builders in several counties and suggest to him any problems that she has with his workers and their garbage they are bringing in to the development.
[redacted] nor her Mother [redacted] live anywhere close to the current development sites that are currently being built on, so to suggest that needles and condoms fly through the air 5 blocks away and land in the yard is hard to believe.  We are truly sorry that her son picked up that kind of debris, but it could come from anywhere.
After receiving this complaint, Mr. [redacted] (President & ACC Committee of Mission Hills) went to the home of [redacted] to speak with [redacted] regarding her letter.  He knocked on the door which was answered by their son and [redacted] came to the door and did not want to talk to him and told him he was trespassing.  He told her he was not trespassing, as he knocked on the door and she came out of the house to address him.
[redacted]  desired settlement per her complaint is to take the dumpsters out every night and then bring them back during the day.  Anyone know that is an unrealistic request.
I will go to the site and access the dumpsters and speak with the builders about considering locking the dumpsters at night.  If these are random people, and even could be the residents at mission hills using the dumpsters for their own garbage purposes, locking the dumpsters could result in just dumping their trash on the ground.
We hope this matter can be resolved and [redacted] will be satisfied.
