Parkview Manor Apts.

This apartment complex is the worst apartment I have ever rented from. The only people who live there are using drug addicts and alcholics who roam around at night talking to themselves. I moved in with a co-tenant who was the roommate from hell. This girl threw wild parties and used excessive amounts of drugs. I contacted the "landlord" Marilyn T[redacted] multiple times via certfied mail regarding the roommate from hell. Of all 5 cerified letters I sent, I never got one response! These people do not care! They only care about the money. This "landlord" Marylin was only a name on the lease. Eventually, my roommate from hell got arrested for drugs on the property and still nothing was done. The roommate situation excellated to where she punched me and we both filed restraining orders against each other. I sent two letters to the landlord about this and STILL nothing was done even though the person named Carrie who sold me the apartment said the only way to get my roommate from hell's name off the lease was to get a restraining order. At that point, I was so fed up I moved out and when I came back to get my stuff, my prior roommate punched a hole in her bedroom door and destroyed the bathroom. These unprofessionals deserved it.
