To whom it may concern,I am writing this in regards to a complaint I received from a resident who lives atmy property at [redacted] has communicated with me through email, in person and over thephone whenever there are issues with the apartment....

Even my lead tech andother tech witnesses have gone over in person the issues that have been fixed inthe apartment. Any work order request he has put in have been completed in atimely manner. We have written records of what they were and when they werecompleted. We have done a moisture detection with a device that measuresmoisture levels. We have used a camera to look for any water in the walls while[redacted] was there with two of my maintenance techs. I have hired contractors whohave come and fixed the damp sheetrock that Mr. [redacted] is speaking of. Wehave also found the areas where water has been getting into the building. Theissues he has complained about to the Revdex.com on 1/5/2017 have been completedlong before that date. He saw proof that there is no evidence of mold or anyother harmful substance which he was concerned about. I have given him themanagement companies name and my area manager's name. The name isPioneer Properties. [redacted] is the area manager. As of now there is nothingin writing I have from [redacted] asking for any other work to be done in theapartment. Nothing has been damaged and Mr. [redacted] needs to understand thathe has moved into an apartment community where no one can promise perfectpeace and quiet. We have informed the neighbor that he emailed me about. Wereminded them about the noise after 10 pm. Today is 1/13/2017 and I will againsend my maintenance tech to his apartment to see if there is any pending issuesthat he would like to have resolved. Again sheetrock was repaired, residentsinformed of being loud after 10 pm, no mildew, mold or high levels of moisturedetected and any pending issues where verified as completed by [redacted]himself.

I am rejecting this response because:
The maintenance folks did use a camera to look for mold, but they did not use a moisture level detector. I was told by the manager that they would, but they did not bring it. I never saw any moisture level readings. Even if they used a camera, they're not certified mold inspectors. How can I trust them after the results of their previous work? Two stories in particular spring to mind, however, I will omit them for the sake of brevity. My work orders were not completed in a timely manner; I have emails to prove it. I know who the property management company is, the name is on my contract, they just have a phone bologna website and are owned by a shell company in California. What good is having the "area manager's" name, but no contact info? He lied about the contact email he gave me long ago; Gmail did not recognize the email address. So, I can not contact the area manager, the property management  company's website does not respond to their "contact us" page, and the company that owns them only allows contact via snail mail. This is highly, highly suspicious to me. What sort of company does not allow their customers to contact them?
