We received your letter via postal mail in regards to ID [redacted] ? for [redacted] ***? ***We received this letter around December 22, 2017, I was not in office due to the holidaysI did try to leave a message on December 29, as soon as I returnedAs for this complaint, you are right there is always two sides to a storyThis guest made a reservation online for Oct13, The guest never called to cancel the reservation; therefore, we had to charge the guest for a no showI spoke with the guest a few days later and she stated she made a mistake on making the reservation and wanted to cancel itI explained the reservation was for Octand the date had passed alreadyI advised her to call the place that she made the reservation through and find out what they can do for herI also explained to her that we had to charge her as a no show due to our company policyWhen I spoke with our [redacted] , they researched this case about the reservation and they did not see any error while making the reservationIt clearly stated the reservation was made for Oct13, In good faith, I am allowing this one time, to give this guest her full refund backI will reach out to the guest and our [redacted] and inform them of the full refund of $If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me via email at [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] Manager

Nonetheless, an offer was made.? I responded to his email advising me of a refund.? I have not seen a refund.? I suppose it will come when I accept this offer.? ?
