RE:ID #[redacted]Dear Sir or Madam,This customer contacted our office and it is our understanding that they  did not receive as much of a Tax Credit as they believed they  would. Our contract states that any tax credits are estimates and the customers is responsible for...

understanding tax credits as they pertain to their situation and should seek advice from a tax professional. As a matter of offering the highest level of customer satisfaction we tried to work  with the customer to offer them a partial refund. During this  process  we found that the customer was not  working with us in good  faith, every  time we agreed  to the customers' demands they, would then decline their own recommended resolution and request more.Sincerely,Customer Service Department[redacted]

My complaint is not that the system is working improperly.  I am sure that it is.  I feel that I was not sold the correct system for the size of my home.  I was duped into thinking that this system would be sufficient and it is not.  There is a huge process involved if I want to expand my system.  I feel that this is the company's process so that customers incur more costs than to just put in the appropriate sized system in the first place.  They play off of the fact that there is sticker shock at the larger system and that if they convince you to go with the lower system they will get your business and then you will want to upgrade later.  That I see as a scam and poor business practice.  Sending them copies of my [redacted] bill will not make one bit of difference.  My goal is to have on record the way this company does business.  I also called multiple times with no call back from this company.  Please, no one make the same mistake as I did.  Do not use this company.  There is plenty of competition out there for you to make a better choice.

[redacted] Dear Revdex.com, We are responding to the complaint filed by Mrs [redacted] did phone our office regarding a crown placed by Dr [redacted] on 9/20/2005. [redacted] stated that she has seen a different...

office and that they recommended that the crown placed in 2005 should be adjusted. We offered to see [redacted] in our office the same day that she called; however, she insisted that we do not charge her anything. We explained that we have not seen her in our office since 2005, 10 years, and that there would be a fee for an exam however, if the crown only needed an adjustment, we would complete that free of charge. We explained to [redacted] that we do warranty crowns but part of the warranty includes being seen by our Dentists on a 6 month or yearly basis so we can monitor the work that our office completed. A limited exam is necessary since we have not seen [redacted] in 10 years. We also had explained to [redacted] that the Dentist might even opt to not charge her for an exam (office visit) but that was at his discretion once he diagnosed the issue. She wanted a 100% guarantee that there would be no charges whatsoever and we could not give that guarantee over the phone. At no point did we refuse to see Ruth. Please contact our office with any questions regarding this complaint. Thank you, [redacted]

Dear Sir or Madam,We reached out and spoke with Mr. [redacted] on 6-2-15. We will need to schedule a call outside of business hours to accommodate his work schedule. We are currently working with him to provide  a resolution to his issues.Sincerely,Customer Service Department

bills to insure that the system is working properly. If you would like us to review please fax your utility bills to ###-###-####.Sincerely,Customer Service Department###-###-####
