After talking with several pool builders and receiving cost estimates we decided to contract with Parkwood PoolsThe salesman *** hadshown us no less than pools to help us decide on our design and what features we wanted in our pool The construction began Feb 7, to remove the old pool and deckIt took about days to remove the old oversized pool and to bring in sufficient fill for the smaller new pool .The area at the east side of the house was narrow for the skid steer to maneuver but all the trips back and forth between the front and back of house were done without problemsOnce the demolition was completed and the actual framing of the pool began everything progressed wellFrom that time it was less than months until the pool was complete and swim ready which was within the timeframe they had predictedThe workers were all very courteous and hardworkingWe are very delighted and proud of our pool As pleased as we were with the pool we are even happier with their quick response to any problems that we have experienced since the completionWe have heard too many horrible pool building stories but are so satisfied with ours

Park Wood did a front yard installation for usIt came out exactly the rendering providedOur yard is so useable now and one year later everything is great The follow up service was excellentI recommend Park Wood pools to anyone

I can't say enough for Parkwood Pools and the service that was provided From start to finish they were on-time, courteous, and most importantly on BUDGET! I work in construction and went into this process expecting them to miss on both time-line and budget that they were spot on both! They blew me away with their ability to stick to a time line and keep the job as neat as possible They came in under the 6-week timeline at weeks from the time of permit Their project team kept me informed every step of the way I WILL take Parkwood Pools on every job I go on from here on out

HOWEVER HE DID ENGAGE A CONTRACT WITH LAMONT F*I PULLED THE PERMIT FOR MR F* TO DO THE WORK FOR MR *** BECAUSE HE AND THE CUSTOMER WERE VERY GOOD FRIENDS AND THE CITY REQUIRED A PERMIT FOR THE WORK TO BE DONELAMONT F* HAD WORKED FOR ME IN PAST YEARS AND IS A FAMILY MEMBER ALSO A JOURNEYMAN PLUMBERTHE CUSTOMER PAID MRF* DIRECT AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PRESENTED DOCUMENTS AND NOT KINGDOM CONTRACTING ALSO MR *** COULD NOT PRODUCE A CONTRACT BETWEEN HE AND KINGDOM CONTRACTINGTHE TWO MEN HAD A PERSONAL DISAGREEMENT WHICH HAS LEAD TO THIS FRAUDULANT COMPLAINT AGINST KINGDOM CONTRACTINGWE DID HOWEVER MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO RESOLVE THIS WITH THE COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH BY CORRECTING THE CODE VILOATIONS BECAUSE OUR PLUMBING LICENSE IS OF RECORDONCE THE VIOLATIONS WERE CORRECTED AT OUR EXPENSE BECAUSE WE RECIEVED NO COMPENSATION FROM THE PROJECT WE REQUESTED TO BE REMOVED AS THE LICENSED ENTITYUPON MEETING WITH MR*** AND THE CITY OFFICIALS WE ASKED HIM IF HE AND MRF* COULD RESOLVE THE MATTER THROUGH MEDIATION AND HAVE HIS PROJECT COMPLETED BY MRF* AND HE SAID NO BUT ALLOWED MRF*'S PARTNER (DAVE GRIFFUS) TO RETURN TO THE SITE AND MAKE THE NECCESARY CORRECTIONSWHEN WE ASKED WHERE WERE THE APPROVED PLUMBIG DRAWINGS FOR THE SITE TO DETERMINE WHAT WAS INCORRECTLY INSTALLED THE CUSTOMER COULD NOT PRODUCE ANY BECAUSE THERE WAS NEVER APPROVED PLUMBING DRAWINGSTHE CUSTOMER ALSO MOVED FORWARD AND INSTALLED HIS OWN PLUMBING FXTURE WHICH WAS AS HE STATED WAS PART OF HIS AGRREMENT WITH MRF*THE CUSTOMER ALSO PRODUCED CHECKS IN THE AMOUNT OF 22,BUT AFTER QUESTIONING MRF* HE STATED THAT HE ALSO ENGAGED IN THE HEATING AND COOLING INSTALLATION WHICH WAS NOT UNDER THE PERMIT THAT WE PULLEDMRF* ALSO OPERATED AS THE CUSTOMERS PROJECT MANAGER FOR THE ENTIRE ROOM ADDITION PROJECTOUR COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE TO THIS CUSTOMER FOR ANYTHING AND THIS IS A CIVIL MATTER BETWEEN MR*** AND MR F*OUR INSURANCE COMPANY DENIED MR***S COMPLAINT AGAINST US AS WELL BECUSES HE COULD NOT PRODUCE A CONTRACT AND THERE WERE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY DUE TO NEGLIGENCE

Parkwood just finished installing my new pool in Delray Beach. They did a tremendous job. We're in time, budget and schedule! I'm in the construction industry as my profession and understand the complications that can happen, however, Parkwood is the utmost professional for design, turn key product install and the entire process from start to finish. If you live in South Florida this company is the only one to use!!!

I walked into this with a pool design in mind. This is my first experience having anything built and had no idea how the building process worked. I called their office for a quote and was given an appointment for one of their reps to come to my home and give me a free estimate. I was very impressed. The guy I met with was very nice and could answer every question I had and mind you, I had a ton. haha. I explained to him exactly what I wanted and he was able to render a pool design on his laptop for me. It was exactly what I wanted, colors, shape and he even included some of my landscaping ideas so that I could get a clear picture of how it would all look! Throughout the construction process, their project supervisor kept me informed every step of the way and any time I had a question, their office staff was able to assist me with anything I needed. It really helped to make it easier from beginning to end and the finished product is beautiful! I am so happy I decided to go with parkwood and Im loving my new pool.

You're probably reading this because you know that a pool can only be built once so, why would you want to second guess who's doing the work. I looked around too and was a Nervous Nelly... I needed a team that would deliver on their promise and not cut corners.

This is my first major home improvement purchase so I didn't want to run to give Parkwood Pools any rating until I cleared the first 90 day ownership window. Well, here we are after 90 days of ownership and I have to give Parkwood Pools A+ for EVERY category on the board. Communication, Honesty, Professionalism and Transparency along with the necessary pool building steps: Design, Suggestions, Permits, Layout, Excavation, Steel, Plumbing, Gunite, Tile & Coping, Electrical, Deck Form, Clean up, Diamond Brite, and Start up.

Prior to selecting Parkwood Pools I had solicited two other companies but it was Bruyn Clark who closed the deal with his design ideas. Rather than allowing us to design our own pool, he applied his years in pool design expertise to create the PERFECT pool. He asked us a series of questions and, based on our responses, he got to work on creating out "Little Oasis".

[redacted] is just the tip of the iceberg. [redacted] was our on-site contact for all pool construction questions; [redacted] was our deck, tile and Diamond Brite consultant. [redacted]'s patience, warmth and suggestions for selecting the right Diamond Brite, Waterline Tiles, Deck layout and Step Tiles was invaluable. [redacted] and [redacted] encouraged us to "see the BIG picture" by comparing what we thought we wanted with what actually matched our style. The end result? My Father past away on August 15, 2014. It had to be one of they most
difficult times in my life. Not only did I have to
deal with my dads passing, his house needed a lot of work and was not liveable because he didn't take care of it. I also had to run a business so I had to work even the day before I buried him.

When my father was in the hospital we
discussed putting a pool in his house which was
about to be willed to me. It was a very emotional time for my wife and
I. As soon as we put him into hospice I started working on his house.
We hired family and family friends to remodel the kitchen, bathrooms, and
floors. This was a mistake, no one did the work quick enough or good
enough so I had to end up staying at my mothers for a little over a
month. I decided to let go of the friends and family and really start
taking control of this stressful situation. Every project was absolute
[redacted]. Didn't even have time to mourn my dad as I was to busy managing the
professionals because they were leaving their tools and trash all
over the house, not showing up for days and actually arguing with me
about what I hired them to do. I was like is this for real?
So things started finally taking place on the remodeling and my wife and we are ready to attack the pool.

We did quite a bit of research on different pool companies and I have to say this was the most intimidating. We already know contractors have a bad reputation but
pool companies can be down right ruthless. Stories about how they take
your money and leave you with a big hole in the ground and of course
everything I have experienced with the remodeling of my dads house,
hiring a pool company was by far the biggest decisions I had to make and
already had my guard up before I met with anyone.

I started networking and Parkwood came up among others.
We called Parkwood and they sent us [redacted].

At first I was not pleasant to her. I was quite arrogant and acted
like I knew more then her, I was ready to make her leave before she even got started but she kept her composure and now I think about she is brilliant. She was able to get me to finally start listening and the pool learning process began.

Of course I met with a few other companies and liked maybe
one other but I always remembered [redacted] and wanted to meet with her again.

[redacted] come back to the house and was very well prepared.
She had everything we discussed on paper with
pricing and a computer 3d Imagine of our pool. By now I was more educated on the pool building process so instead of looking at her like she was trying to sell me I had a better understanding about her process. She showed us the proposal and how much it would cost and then started working with us on what we can afford.

We finally come to agreement but before I signed the contract and paid the
10% she advised if I didn't have enough electricity and
if I had muck or rock in the ground there can be some unfortunate
added cost. I appreciated being told this from the very start rather then having a costly surprise, she was also was very confident in Parkwood which put my wife and I at ease.

Before she left she gave us a number to a fence guy named [redacted] who we ended up hiring. I have to tell you
out of all the pool companies Parkwood was the only one that moved
things around so we could afford it. The others wouldn't work with us at
all, like Pool Images and pool builders didn't even make it out to my
house, they never got passed [redacted] phone interview. Three weeks went
by and we get a call from Todd, dude is a trip. He went over every detail with me
and how things were going to be broken down from start to finish.
Todd was great,he answered all my questions and
managed the whole building of the pool. I just sat back and watched the pool get built, it was amazing.
Todd also help us with the alarms and made sure [redacted] the fence guy was
coming out on the days he said. I didn't have to do anything except
right checks and text Todd if I had a question. Even to this day when
I have question after I have fully paid for the pool Todd still
responds. What could have been the worse experience of the remodeling
of my dads house became quickly the best. A business like Parkwood
needs to be recognized on how a healthy business should be ran. My
pool had no hiccups and I can foresee if it did they would of handled it in a organized and professional manner.
We want to thank Parkwood Pool and Pavers for my brand new beautiful
pool. I honestly want to be a referral to your company, I couldn't have
been more pleased. If any one is on the fence please have them call me

Parkwood created my beautiful pool ecaxtly as shown on the 3D design they created for me. It is a truly spectacular retreat. The employees were very skilled and very professional. The pavers around the pool especially are truly beautiful and the tight installation of every curve and cutout denote experienced workmanship.
