From the first phone call, working with Parlament Roofing was a very pleasant experience I called them on Tuesday, their representative met with me on Wednesday, gave me the estimate, I signed the contract, they started work on Tuesday and finished on Thursday Each member of the crew was polite and professionalsomething one doesn't usually expect from the workmen They kept me informed, worked efficiently and were thorough when they cleaned up The office staff were polite, professional and responsive to my questions I am completely satisfied with my beautiful new roof and would not hesitate to recommend Parlament Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof

We had our roof re-placed and from start to finish these guys had it done in hours, non stop working, they did one hell of a good jobWe would highly recommend Parlament Roofing to any one that needs roofing work done [redacted]

Roof was completed in a timely manner and looks great Cleanup was above expectations as well The only problem I have currently is I am awaiting a callback about reviewing a bad beam on my porch which needs to be addressed prior to them coming back and doing the soffit and fascia, which I have already paid for and received my first statement through their financing Hoping to hear back soon

I had another roofer [redacted] do my flat roof and taper it away from my main house they did so but the but end was inches high and all the rain water went up my regulad roof and caused the ceilings in bedrooms a hall an kitchen fall in.they tried to fix the eaks but could not and refused to come back anymore.my wife and I observed parliament roof doing jobs in the area and were very pleased at their work.call the company and a rep came to the house ,looked over the roof and told us the roof that was done was not properly done right.paig 8,for BAD LEAKY flat roof.parliament took care od everything and within three days were finished with the job.it withsianded the last weeks winf and rain and tropical storm with no leaks,we are so impresses and would recommend this excellent company to anyone.thanks again parliament[redacted]

My experience with Parlament Roofing was a very pleasant oneThey were prompt, very quiet and cleanThey always left a clean worksiteBefore departing they wanted to know if I was satisfied or if there was any thing else that they could do for meI told them no and that I was very pleased and that I would recommend them to all my family and friends

The customer service was excellent

I had an appt at 5:30-6:and the sales guy showed up about an hour late.By the time he came out it was dark and no way he was going to go on the roof to measure and inspect to see if they will need any sheets of ply wood to give me an accurate estimate for a rubber roofHis answer to me when questioned was he dont have to cause he googled my houseHe then said he wont know whats needed until the roof comes off.I didnt want the roof taken off just wanted to cover whats there He said they dont do that and it be $to completely redo my roofWhats so bad is the person I talked to on the phone and the person that came out was not the same person.The person on the phone talked about going on tge roof but the guy that showed up had a suit jacket on.he reminded me of a drunk slick car saleman.So much for the tv comercial saying they beat anyones price.y'all are abouf $off

Parlament Roofing and Construction delivered everything that the salesman said they wouldFrom the type of the nails used to all of the products that we had picked outThe crew arrived earlyThey prep my yard to be careful of any plantsThey covered everything! They had to replace several pieces of woodThey took a picture of the area, came down off the roof and showed my husband and I what they were going to replaceThe guys on the crew were very professionalAt the end of the job they walked around and picked up any piece of roofing materialThey also pass a big magnet over the yard to pick up any nailsGreat job

I had some leakage in two different areas; and I had two (2) other roofing companys tell me they could not do anything for meI seen Parlament Roofing commerical on TVContacted them, was told they can put a roof over using a producted called TPO with an 1-3/4" insulationSalesman measured, give me an estimate, I went with themThe crew came out in the rain, installed the roofover, done in just about hoursThe next day I called them back because the estimate I received and paid for wasn't doneThe issue was resolved in two (2) daysExtremely satified with this company and the people that work for meThanks Parlament, for stopping the leaks when on one self could

While Parlament roofing did a good job installing my new roof, I am not at all happy with the customer serviceBefore signing the contract, I specifically asked if my porch roof was included and was informed that it wasHowever, they did not touch the porch roofIn addition, their trucks were left in my driveway after the job was completed, forcing my roommate and I to park in the street overnight and even the next afternoon when I arrived home from work

Parlament Roofing did an absolutely wonderful job for me The workers were very professional, timely and extremely neat They cleaned up every last piece of debris from the job site Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I met with my sales rep late on July 16th and my new roof was totally completed by July 21st I've had nothing but the most favorable experience with this company starting with the person that took my appointment on the phone, the sales rep and up to and including the actual roofers, project managers and everyone that I have come in contact with They ALL have been very professional
My sales rep guarantee me that the type of roof I selected the temperate on the roof would never increase more than degreesAnd I have to say that for the first time since I purchased this house years ago this summer has been the first time that the temperature inside the entire house has being an enjoyable degrees
Prior to installing my new roof the AC unit would run from am to or pm NON-STOP and now is usage
Anyone that has a flat roof like in Florida needs to buy a roof from Parlament Roofing I highly recommend their product, services and staff

Although we were not given the opportunity to become customers, I would like to share our experience with Parlament Roofing and Construction. I saw a commercial on TV and called to schedule a free estimate. We had the salesman, Michael, come to our home and give us an estimate on Tuesday November 10th. We were very happy with the salesman and the estimate. He asked if we were interested in financing and of course financing was a consideration because a hefty lump sum payment could potentially be a financial set back for anyone. I was very up front with the man we scheduled the appointment with, over a week earlier, that our credit was poor/very poor. Again, when Michael offered it, I said I had already given our information for financing and assumed it would have already been processed for the actual appointment. Again, I made no excuse for our poor credit. However, we gave him the information again. He said, " if you have a job and a home, Joe will get you financed". Joe being the owner of Parlament Roofing and Construction, I had assumed from the presentation. We were told we would be called the next day because he was calling our information in right away. We did not receive a phone call. I called Wednesday to check on the status and was told my call would be returned. Nothing. I called Thursday afternoon and was told we were pending in the system and Michael would return the call because he worked Friday until 8pm. Again, no phone call. I called once again Monday, almost a full week later. At this point, I told the receptionist that it was my third phone call and would like to know what was going on. According to her, she thinks she left me a message, however, we were in fact not approved for financing and they could only take a full cash payment. I thanked her and ended the fourth phone call with this company. I did not have any missed calls or messages and gave them only one contact number. I am not sure which was more disappointing, that were simply dissmed from having our roof replaced because we were not approved for their "in house" financing without reason and assumed perhaps we could not pay in full. Maybe because we have poor credit or because we live in a manufactured home it appeared we could not pay in full. Or more disappointing that Michael showed true concern for us because our roof is damaged directly over my 13 year olds bed, which we showed him and we did not get get the simple common curtiousy of a return phone call. He mentioned they were very busy with 150 calls a week after heavy rains. Too busy I guess to follow up with a family that is in a serious situation for a new roof and wasted their time waiting for a phone call when we could have been making other arrangements to, in fact, pay in full. My husband and I both work full time jobs and try incredibily hard to provide for our four children. Credit scores are just numbers and do not define our ability to pay for our children's safety. At this point, we are making arrangements to pay, in full, to have our roof replaced with another company. Because if we could not even get a return phone call from Parlament Roofing and Construction, how were they possibly going to have time to replace our roof when they are so very busy with 150 other phone calls.

The entire experience was awesome - met with the Sales person on Tuesday and by Thursday of the same week, roof project began. This includes time for the financing as well.

When we meet with the Sales person, we knew we had contacted the right company.

I had my roof replaced by Parlament Roofing in September and cannot be happier.
The job was done quickly and with great skill. Crew was very professional and did
a super job, right done to clean up (property was left cleaner than prior to job).Estimate was very accurate without any last minute addons as is so frequent
in todays market. Would recommend to anyone that I know.

My husband and I were so impressed with the salesman who came to our home, and then we were impressed when the workers showed up early to do our roof. Everything was done in a very reasonable time. Any excess construction material was removed from our yard, and the neighbors have been asking us about this company. The price was very reasonable, and the quality is wonderful.

I HAD MY ROOF INSTALLED DEC. 23, 2015. THE FIRST DAY OF THE PROJECT THE POWER WAS KNOCKED OUT IN MY BEDROOM AND OUTSIDE. I TOLD THE FOREMAN ABOUT THE PROBLEM WHICH HE QUICKLY TRIED TO FIX BUT WAS UNABLE. HE TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY BECAUSE THE COMPANY USUALLY FIXES PROBLEMS THAT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR. UNFORTUNATELY, I HAD TO GET AN ELECTRICIAN WHO INFORMED ME MY ELECTRIC WIRES HAD NAILS IN MORE THAN ONE LOCATION THAT THE ROOFERS HAD PUT IN, THEREFORE, I NEEDED TO REWIRE THE AFFECTED AREA. WHEN I CONTACTED THE COMPANY THEY TOLD ME TO READ THE FINE PRINT WHICH BY THE WAY IS VERY TINY, AND IT STATED THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ELECTRICAL REPAIRS. I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW SO FUTURE CUSTOMERS WILL BE AWARE THAT THEY DO NOT COVER DAMAGES THEY DO TO YOUR ELECTRIC WIRES! I HAVE TO BE FAIR, HOWEVER, AND SAY THAT I AM SATISFIED WITH THE ROOF WHICH ENDED UP BEING OVER $16,000 WITH WOOD REPLACEMENT. I JUST WISH THEY HAD DONE THE RIGHT THING AND FIXED THE ELECTRICAL MESS THEY LEFT AT MY HOUSE WHICH I WAS UNABLE TO FIX IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE I GAVE THEM A CASH DOWNPAYMENT UP FRONT WHICH DEPLETED MY BANK ACCOUNT.

Our experience with this company was a pleasure. Right from the beginning when contacting them by phone I was very pleased at the way they scheduled their representative to come to visit with us. The representative was very personable and thorough to explain all that would happen, everything they could offer and seemed very knowledgeable about the roofing business. The crew that worked on the house was very qualified and thorough. They even cleaned the yard up with a large magnet that picked up all the nails. Not just once but several times they went back over the yard. Someone came back to verify the job was done correctly and that we were satisfied before ever collecting any money. I would definitely recommend them.

I will NEVER use Parlament Roofing again or recommend them to anyone I know. Buyer be where! They put a TPO roof on the flat part of my house and it failed inspection because of the way they tied in the shingles to the TPO portion of the roof. I could lift and pull up some of the shingles, that's how poorly they were adhered to the roof. After calling Parlament to have someone come back out and fix the issue, Matt the owner NEVER made a follow up call to see if I was satisfied with the work that was done. I'm sorry, but as an owner of a company it's your duty to make sure your customers are satisfied with the work your company produces, unless of course you have so much money you could care less if you lose customers here and there. Not to mention, they never scheduled the final inspection of my roof. I called Parlament to find out why they hadn't scheduled the final and they told me they were behind scheduling inspections. Inspecition failed on 1/29/15 and the final was done 3/16/15. And that's only because I as the homeowner set up my own final inspection. Don't fall for their commercials of "$500 off". It's not worth the hassle to deal with Parlament just to save $500. NEVER EVER AGAIN
