The resident moved into the apartment on 11/5/On 11/6/the resident reported that the carpet had a pet urine smellThe carpet was replaced on 11/10/and 11/11/A rent credit of $was given on 11/15/This credit was a reimbursement of rent from 11/5/to 11/11/due to the
replacement of the carpet. Two work orders were submitted for the smoke/CO detectorThe first work order was called in on 11/17/The battery was replaced the same dayThe second work order was called in on 12/21/The smoke/CO detector was replaced the same day. On 4/14/the resident came in for a package and the package was not in the officeThe company that the resident bought the products though is replacing the products at no charge to the residentThe resident has been reimbursed for the package therefore no other money is due to the resident at this time

I am rejecting this response because:Regardless of what your system claims, no phone call nor mailing were ever received. Even though I do not agree with your tactics and your management has a history of lying to me in the past and not following through with promises made, as well as not keeping proper records in your system, which was addressed during my move out and spoken of multiple times during my residency. I do not have faith that your system is being maintained properly. I have already paid the amount indicated. Remove this item from my credit report. I will also note that the customer service received from your management staff during my 1 year tenure as a resident was the lowest quality service I have ever received from any business.

email for the Revdex.com I did search  in our system to find out that [redacted]   deposit of $99.00 was  mailed to [redacted] the same week she canceled her application and was sent to the address  she provided us with   .I’m not sure what happened exactly and why she didn’t receive it .I called [redacted] this morning to speak to her in person  and to apologies for  the misunderstanding and the frustration that she has been through since February 2016. Unfortunately I wasn’t successful so I left her a detailed voice message.I really hope [redacted] will call me so I could get her information in order to send her the deposit back. Thank You , Thank you,[redacted]
